I love the red velvet sunglasses

I love the red velvet sunglasses. I had a pair for years. The side ended up breaking from the wear. I ordered a new pair as a replacement. My only complaint is they smell TERRIBLE…
I don’t remember them smelling like fish last time I bought them. Hopefully that smell wears off soon because I don’t want them on my face smelling like that!

I have had a horrible experience all…

I have had a horrible experience all the way around. I ordered my glasses on September 14. Five minutes later an ad popped up for 50% off so I asked if I could get that discount honored. I was contacted back the next day stating that they could not because they were already shipped out. It is now the 26th of September, and they have still not even left their warehouse. I have contacted customer support multiple times. I got one person to answer me back and they seemed that they were going to be helpful, but haven’t heard anything back since. Then I just received a link to this website to ask how I was enjoying my sunglasses when they’re not even here yet.

5 star company and products

I ordered the Smaller Bella. Ordering online was easy and shipping was pretty fast. The glasses are absolutely STUNNING and look so good on. The quality is impressive. I love the tangle free silicone nose pads. I am sad to say the silicone pads did not work for me. They irritated my nose shortly after I put the glasses on. I has surgery on my nose a couple of years ago and the skin on my nose is a little this so this mat be the reason why. Very sad the glasses didn't work out for me. I must say, customer service was incredible to work with. The transaction was done through email, however, the process was effortless and the team was kind and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company as their products are well-made and the company is easy to work with. 5 stars in my opinion

I absolutely LOVE these glasses

I absolutely LOVE these glasses. I have the Bellas. Have ordered the Cristinas and the oversized Bellas as well.
I currently only have my Bellas, and I get compliments on them every time I wear them. I do love how they look and feel on my face, and they are exactly as advertised that they truly don’t get tangled in my curly hair.
I’m still waiting for my next order. So we will see, but I will also say that the only suboptimal thing is the shipping notifications and updates. I don’t know if it’s because they use Shop for that and whether or not it is a Shop issue, but I am not able to get updates and don’t know necessarily where my glasses are en route. The first order was quick and perfect however. My second order had a delay, and my oversized Bellas glasses are actually on backorder and I was not notified of that, which I would’ve appreciated.
Aside from the shipping update vagueness I would recommend!

I am so impressed with the the quality of my sunnies and the company itself. I had an issue with the mail service and my glasses never got delivered. Topfoxx made it right and sent me another pair❤️ They did not have to do that

Less than that. I got a text asking how I feel about my purchase but I have yet to receive my glasses. Been two weeks and no update just on confirmed status. Send me my glasses or a refund please and thx.

They’re so lovely & fashionable.

The first day I wore them I got a few compliments 😍 I lovvvve them myself. Such great material & so sturdy. Not like other sunnies that feel cheap. Get yourself a pair or 2 or maybe 3..you won’t regret it! 💖😎

WORST customer service/warranty claim

I would have previously provided a great review HOWEVER, it's not ending that way. One of the pairs I bought from them lost the hardware that holds on the lens. I thought I could just get the part but they said the glasses could be replaced under warranty. I paid a small fee for this, made my selection (since what I was trying to replace was not in stock). I have sent 4 emails asking on status of my replacement and CANNOT EVEN COUNT the number of times I have called them, they have totally ghosted me. I am utterly disappointed and would NEVER recommend this company again.

EDIT: I tried calling again multiple times and could NEVER get a CS rep. I asked a friend to call from her phone and low and behold, they answered RIGHT AWAY. I am certain they were blocking my calls because of caller id. I have asked that someone from mgmt call me, we shall see.
