The idea is good

The idea is good, and it could be a good day out. Too pricey and felt rushed by the staff. I understand how a battery chicken feels now.

Not impressed

Not impressed. Was told it would be roughly an hot half wait time. 3.5 hours still waiting and 14 people in front. Apparently people next to us been waiting over 5 hours. Food cold, drinks take ages. WIll NOT come back here again. Save your money and dont bother

Hi my name is james wright and I recently went to play golf in Atlanta at Topgolf facility while I was there I played for 2 hours ordered food and ordered two drinks however I was asked to leave because somebody or some lady said that I was stalking her I have no recollect of that and I was not stalking anyone I feel like I was accused of something that I wasn't doing that's a form of neglect and Prejudice if you would please somebody from your corporate office needs to give me a call back ASAP because I'm really unsatisfied right now thanks and have a blessed day

I gave an event for my spouse birthday.

I gave an event for my spouse, he enjoyed himself because he loves golf. They fail to advise you that the left over hot food you’ve paid for in advance can’t be taken away.

One of the customer service agents- was rude to one of my guests. I stated I wanted self service when I did my contract and they tried to force a server on us. I don’t do sneaky.

The event itself was fun, service not so much, not telling you important details not cool. Will only be doing walk-in service in the future.

Absolutely Awesome

I really enjoy going with family and friends for a good game at these unique driving ranges. The games can be a bit pricy and I certainly wish it would be cheaper but I think the fun makes up for it. The staff is very nice and helpful and every time I go I know that I'm going to have a good experience.

Top Golf....meh!

Hello, We just finished our visit to Top Golf In Miami Gardens. It is our daughter's birthday and she wanted to have her party there. We booked this event 1 month in advance. We paid 50% deposit upon booking for a 2 hour event. Tonight, we arrived 5minutes prior to our scheduled time.....Ok here we go!
Reception:
we were greeted at the desk and instantly told that all bays are booked and that there was going to be a wait. We informed the girl that we have a reservation for a birthday party. She checked the sheet and confirmed our name and said please wait I will let them know you are here. we waited about 5 minutes at the front, no one came to meet us and tell us what to do. so we went back to the desk and asked the girl again. She directed us to another girl who gave us the number of our bays ( we booked 2) The Bays:
We then walked out to our bays and were greeted by our server. She was very nice! However there was something wrong with either the bay computer screen or her key card because she could not get it working. She needed to contact a manager and he was able to activate our system. However by now it was 20minutes in to our 2 hour time and no one was able to do anything.
The food:
For our event we had ordered 2 Tex mex combo platters. these were brought out to the bay about 15 minutes after we started swinging clubs...The food was average. For the price of this 2 hour event we expected much better quality. Every thing we on our tables, could have purchased at the local grocery for less than $50.00. Water an soda was included but drinks or beer would be an additional cost.
The Golf:
This was fun. It took a bit to get the hang of it....and some picked it up better than others (not me) but all in all it was the fun and everyone enjoyed it.
The drinks:
the drinks were so so......again, for the price?
When our computer showed that we had 30min left, from the scheduled start time. The manager come to us for us to settle the bill. I informed him that we were not able to start when we were scheduled to. He said that he would take care of that and would add 30min of extra play. However, at the scheduled end time everything shut down ( while we were in the middle of a game) our server came and I asked about the extra 30min? she said that they would take care of it from the front. However.....we waited almost 20 more minutes, and the system never came back on. We gave up at that point and decided to leave. the server apologized, but the manager, once we paid the bill.....
disappeared. No apology... nothing.

Overall: I DO NOT reccomend you book a party here. it is over priced and not worth it. Just go to swing the clubs.....and enjoy that.

Do not take anyone with special needs or dietary requirements.

We planned my son’s 18th birthday here and brought his 86 year old grandmother. She has health issues and in a wheelchair. As we entered with her water (she is on a strict diet with limited fluids) and the manager came on and told us we can’t bring it inside. I explained the issue with measuring her fluids. They didn’t care. They have rules.

Second time to this location

Second time to this location. A few months ago, I reviewed Topgolf Jacksonville and a plus for them, they wrote and offered to make it right. I chose not to take them up on it this time.
Improved - the burger and fries were still warm enough to enjoy when they arrived, they brought us two glasses of ice water when we did not order drinks.
The bad - the same and only urinal in the men's room on the 2nd level was out of service for cleaning the full two hours we were there. One of the two in the men's room on the 3rd level was out of service for cleaning.
The golf equipment works fine. It's fun, I will return knowing these are the thresholds Topgolf finds acceptable.

We had Justina we think her name is, she was so rude to us I think we heard her speak once and the one thing she said, which was very rudely was, what do you want, we saw her talk to every single bay beside us because they were all adults and would tip good but decided to be so rude to us, everytime we talked to her and said thank you she would just shake her head, we had to yell her name for her to come and she acted so mad, then decided to put the whole ticket on my check and I asked her to change it and she didn’t say anything just snatched it, then continued to draw a thank you with a heart on everhone except my check , we also asked for more water multiple times and she never brought it, also received the driest chicken tenders

We came to topgolf chigwell

We came to topgolf chigwell, on Sunday fathers day 19.06.22.
Was very long queue, we didn't even book,the bay....but,decided to get some food,with my kids.And gess what, we had to wait for 2hours and 10min,the food was,not even accurate, no-one knows anything, what they"right doesn't know what left doing"

Unneeded age policy

Me and a couple of my friends just tried to go to topgolf, but we couldnt because i was one year under everyone else. This new policy sucks. Anyone under 16 has to be supervised by a 21 year old. I am the only one who was fifteen, and it ruined it for me and everyone else in my friend group. Wouldnt reccomend for teenager friend groups.

WHAT A UTTER JOKE 😡😡

Wow what can I say staff tried there hardest to service staff and keep everyone happy!! Clearly upper management are telling the staff to take the money and let them wait it’s a utter joke 2 and half hours and I’m 22 in the position so that could be 4 hours plus extra

DO NOT GO TO TOP GOLF MIAMI GARDENS

PPP First let me preface this review with the fact that we went to this Top Golf for my Girlfriends BIRTHDAY. Now, to begin with how awful this management team and this location was, we were stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on the way there because of a car accident on the highway. Being nice people like we are, we called them to give a heads up and make them aware. I was told immediately that I would lose my time on the lane because I had a reservation. I informed them that we were being very kind to let them know or our situation and that it was beyond our control, as well as the fact that it was my Girlfriends birthday. They said they would send the issue to the manager. So we show up 15 minutes late to the reservation, and I nicely approach the manager (Kyrie - half red died short hair). I explain the situation, informing her it was a birthday and we would greatly appreciate them extending the 15 minutes so we can get our full time that we paid for ahead of time. I was then told that she would check to see when the next guests arrived on our lane and that they are “corporate so they could not accommodate to traffic” but would see what she could do. So we go to our lane, began golfing when The SERVER came over and told us that unfortunately there was a party coming in after so they could not extend the time. Mind you, the SERVER, not the manager. The server also told us that if we walked in instead of making a reservation, we would not of had to deal with our troubles. At this point there were at least 20 open bays. We finished up our time which ended up being a total of 1 hour. 10 minutes before we were finished, the server came up to remind us of our time!!! The entire time we golfed, the three bays next to us had nobody there, not one person. Once we paid, I then went around to count all of the open bays, which were over 30!!! Over 30 bays and they couldn’t extend our BIRTHDAY reservation by 15 minutes. I am absolutely appalled by their lack of customer service and terrible management team. They were the worst I have ever experienced and I have worked in the restaurant/customer service industry for over 20 years. Kyrie was the name of the Manager who had no sympathy whatsoever. While her co manager Norman played golf next to us the whole time at the EMPTY bay. We then stayed there for 15 minutes to see if anyone would show up. Can you guess what happened?! Not one person!!! Unbelievable, I would never recommend going to this establishment and hope that this company fires Kyrie once they read this review. Next time you should treat your guests with respect and be understanding of peoples situations, especially when it is someone’s BIRTHDAY. We will never go back to this place for as long as we live. DO NOT GO THERE.

Had a reservation set for 8pm

Had a reservation set for 8pm, showed up early just to make sure we got checked in and be able to get a couple drinks before hand. Arrived at 7:40, told there would be a 20-30 minute wait, agreed, went up ordered drinks that never came, after 8:30 still received to message for a ready bay, no drinks, and no one assisted us when asking what happened to our reservation. We finally left.

Trying to just plan a special 60th…

Trying to just plan a special 60th birthday celebration was the most awful experience ever. I knew that Customer Service has gone downhill - but hadn't realized how bad it had gotten. Sara at the Brandon Florida top golf seemed more interested in the $$$ than making sure the event was fun and special to us - the paying customers. Even telling me that I could only purchase certain platter specials they put together - which we wouldn't eat any of those items - and that we couldn't just order off the menu like everyone else - even giving them the order a month in advance was a no. Paying for $400 worth of food we wouldn't eat didn't make any sense. Her reply - sorry but that's how this works. Sara sent me a quote along with other paperwork which included a promotion they were running. So I of course wanted to do the promotion and then was told I could NOT. Even stating that they couldn't get me 4 bays all together - when I was planning over a month in advance. They can do 3 bays togethers at full price - but 4 bays together to do the promotion she herself sent me was NOT possible. So confusing and common sense seems to have just gone out the door. So needless to say - after trying to plan this event for 3 weeks - I am frustrated and upset and not sure I even want to walk into a Top Golf anymore. I definitely won't recommend them to anyone!
