Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Staff has no idea what is going on. Management has even less of an idea. Derek the manager at the new North Charleston location in sc should be mopping the floors rather than managing an incompetent staff. Just terrible. Good luck coming to this place

I would say below zero but that’s not…

I would say below zero but that’s not an option. Over 3 hours for wait for a game but to make matters worst over 2 hours wait for food. I mean in mass produced fried crap how does it take so long to cook. Cancelled the order and got u er eats Kentucky instead which came in 15 minutes. This will be my last visit here not worth the wait and definitely not worth paying £40 non refundable deposit to book a game. This place is absolute chaotic.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service is the only way to begin this...
Never do I write reviews, but after my experience on Saturday how can I not...I went to Top Golf Chigwell with my son and 3 of his friends...It was for his birthday so I booked the fast track in advance...£25 Scam as it entitles you to nothing...I was told by the person taking payment that I had no option to take the upstairs despite there being 7 free bays....Apparently they were reserved (Didn't know you could reserve)..I asked again why can't I choose a bay..."We don't offer a service where you can choose upstairs or downstairs...It's whatever become available"..And the £25 payment fast tracks you in the queue....And apparently every last person in the bar was waiting for a bay...Hmmm really!!!

It's funny as I have always had the option in the past...

So we choose the bay downstairs...I settle all the 13 year old in and proceed to get a drink at the bar...I sat on a chair for probably 2 minutes before the woman behind the counter pointed at me..Then pointed at the bay where the boys were...A member of staff duly went to the bay to inform the boys they cant play unaccompanied...I said to the manager I appreciate their policy and will stay...Despite being informed that if I don't stay with them they will need to leave...And again If I am not happy I can leave...It's funny because I said I would stay.

A lot of aggression all because I called them out on their booking policy and that something didn't feel quite right with how bays are allocated... (Still lots of spaces upstairs and downstairs)..

Anyway I stand at the back wall slightly to the left of the bay....Again I was approached by the manager who said if I do not stand in the bay (6 Inches to my right) I will be asked to leave....Regardless of the £120 I have just spent on admission, food and drink...That's their policy..

Now I appreciate the policy of accompanying children is in place for safety...But honestly do they feel my presence 6 inches to the left of a bay would have any negative affect of the safety of the children?

No of course not...I feel I was completely targeted (twice) because I called out their allocation policy...I was calm...I was not accusatory. I just clearly pointed out something was amiss with so many free bays and so few people apparently waiting....

For someone that attends Topgolf probably once a month, I will never go back...For all the good the place is, their customer service and ability to deal with calm customers is disgusting.

£35 for 1 hour? + £3 membership fee. It’s too expensive, plus the tees are set low so that you can’t hit a driver too far in case the ball ends up on the road. I’m off back to a proper golf range.

Topgolf Chigwell - awful

Went for dinner and to play Topgolf. I asked about a nut allergy and not one member of staff, including chefs could tell me what I could or couldn’t eat, I ended up just not having anything.

How can a big Company, such as, Topgolf, not accommodate for allergies? Awful service by Management and Staff!!

Management and director very unhelpful and their responses is poor when sent in email.
Management treat the bay hosts with disrespect constantly on their backs when ask for guidance the response is to laugh at them and know they are going get bad review but they don’t care, food overpriced place is lovely clean and amazing but could be managed better

Top golf Glasgow.
The experience was mixed.. the golf side of things was fine. However. When we booked the later slot of 9.40 till 11.40, we were pressured to finish our game asap. About 5 mins before this, we were asked for a bar order to which we ordered 4 steins of beer. After the announcement came over the tannoy to close our bill and leave.. within a few mins our game was finished and we had a security guard standing at our bay stopping us for hitting the last few balls then telling us to move to the bar.
We moved to the bar where we took our drinks with us, again we had a security guard telling we had 5 minutes to finish our drinks and go.
2 of our drinks were lifted by staff without permission. Then we were harrased to leave.
The staff were rude, and abrupt. We spent around £250 tonight and were treated like hooligans. I don't think I'll return due to the staff being the worst.
Thr place was a mess, the bar area is so disorganised and covered in spilled drink. The toilets were mingin, the staff couldn't pour a pint for toffee the steins were flat and not even filled correctly.

I recommend take the kids during the day but for an evening event for adults, go but be warned the door staff are not friendly.

Horrid

Topgolf Watford
We went there with a minor and we’re constantly harassed by several staff members that the minor had to be out by 10pm. We had waited 2 and half hours.
We ordered food and the food was sitting on the side while staff member were talking.
While playing our game we were reminded that the minor had to be out before 10 I then replied we have been told by several staff already, my worst ever experience coming here.

Their whole system is a joke [I am trying not to use profanity]. I tried to make a reservation using an eGift Card but the system wouldn't accept it unless also entered my credit card info, too. Then, when all was submitted, they charged my c/c and not the eGift Card. Then when I tried to contact their Customer Service, they don't have a phone number. So, I used the chat feature and after submitted my inquiry, I was forwarded to "Just Ask" a fee for service company. Are you Fxxking kidding me? Mel P

An employee stole our chair

An employee stole our chair. He told us he was more important than us because he was an employee and took a chair from us. We booked for 5 people and 5 chairs in advanced for 2 hours, the employee and the manager did nothing to resolve the issue and help us, and the employee took a chair directly from us, after paying nearly $165 dollars. He insulted us, and the manager and did nothing to help.

Disrespectful employee

Vineyard, UT. An “employee” who was not currently working, forcefully took one of our chairs from our party of 5 and said “sorry but I work here and each table only gets 4 chairs” and then took that chair to HIS OWN party of 5. So he was allowed to have 5 chairs, but we weren’t. He then called an individual in my party “a ****ing dick” for protesting. The manager respectfully came to talk to us to his credit, but then only offered a “coaching moment” in compensation for that employee. My party of 5 was not belligerent, not loud, not obnoxious, etc. employees off the clock should not treat other patrons with employer leveraged disrespect. He also took the specific chair from a woman in our party, to provide for his 5 party comprised fully of men. This was nothing short of a lack of respect for paying patrons. Our server was fantastic, and we all tipped her well. Top Golf should not allow its employees to treat patrons this way, and my whole party is extremely disappointed in the absolute lack of resolution

Horrendous

Basically topgolf is the worst managed establishment in it's entirety. We went to book the week before as that's what we were told to do and they did not release the afternoon slots, we then contacted again and told to wait until the Wednesday before, the system then crashed and we contacted again to be told there is a glitch. We have turned up again today and was told to wait 5 hours which we have, we then went back to reception to be told we need to wait another 3 hours..... Horrendous from top golf.

Absolutely Do Not Go

Do Not Go! Awful experience. Food and beverage service was 40 min delays or forgotten about all together. We reserved a bay when little to our knowledge this is a charge Not to be applied to the bill once you show up. You have to pay to reserve and when we asked the manager was obnoxious about it. Do Not Go and if you do be prepared to be disappointed and Starving.

The managers are absolutely horrible to…

The managers are absolutely horrible to the employees. They do not know how to make schedules. They lie to get you to work for them, and then they treat you like crap until you quit! But if you are looking for a place that’s let’s you underage drink this is your place!
