I ordered a pair of black Nike air trainers for my son on the 17th of January! After waiting far to long for the item in question. I decided to email them to find out what's happening with my order! They replied by saying that they had sent them to the wrong address! And then promised to resend the trainers to the right address. And I should receive them by the end of last week! Guess what? They still haven't arrived. I feel both gutted and robbed by TOPKEN. Something needs to be done with bogus company! They need to be stopped!! From Peter ogradey.

Please DO NOT order from this site. I ordered a jacket on the 9th of December, and stated would be delivered within 5 working days (which was supposed to be a Xmas present for my son) and I've not yet received it!!!!! Emailed a few times to express my concern didn't reply until a few days later saying it will definitely arrive before Xmas..... Pffftt what a load of crap!!!! I've just sent another email demanding a full refund!!!!! We'll see if I get it?? My son is going to be disappointed tomorrow when I tell him it hadn't arrived because its a scam website.

Not sure this is a legitimate site?? Last email said definitely there for Christmas but still no notification my items have even been posted. Very disappointing and my son will be gutted his presents haven't arrived
