Whoever not getting your products, what you ordered or if the item is fake report this company, and claim your money from you own bank, your bank can do a charge back on behalf of you.

don't buy from them I lie all the time and they don't work I made an order I have been waiting for 3 weeks and it doesn't come only lie they don't deliver avoid this site than to lose money better buy from elsewhere but not from them. I will not lie to you, I will tell you the truth if necessary, I will put the conversation and give them messages and they will not answer.

Awful company! I ordered a pair of trainers for £70 and nearly a month later they haven’t arrived. On top of that they never reply to email. Their chat never works and their phone number just goes to a mobile voicemail. Avoid!

Disgusting that people can get away with these scams. Ordered three weeks ago chased via their online chat they confirmed it would be here last Thursday. As suspected they did not arrive and I don’t get any sort if response via their only line of communication. The online chat. Please report if you also fall victim

Very cheap prices, delivery is about 10 days but well worth it.

All Good Reviews are FAKE ! all good reviews are posted by the website owner, all the products are fake, and customer don't receive their items.

I’ve been trying to get my shoes for months!!!!! I spoke to them today and they were all good until I said when I ordered them and all a sudden they started ghosting me am fuming at the service of this company

Been 3 weeks since I ordered still no delivery confirmation, absolute scam!!!! All they say is the order is waiting to be picked up by the courier.

My experience so far dealing with this company is 'shocking' How come in the year 2020 Topken can not provide me with a delivery date? I have been fobbed off with lyrics like this, I have had this message several times...

"we are expecting them to pick up today or tomorrow morning

You will definitely receive tracking information via email immediately

we are sorry for the delay in delivery

Thank you"

I am still waiting for a for an email, I believe I will never receive one, I have asked for a refund, they ignore this suggestion, where as i am happy to except and refund and be done with it all. If my order turns up, I will gladly apologise and photograph my order and post it to all my socials. In my heart I don't believe my order or refund will ever happen. I will be filling an online fraud report and reporting it to the police, I will warn people over and over not to use this site as I don't want them to loose money like my son has.
My son has spent £200 birthday money on this site. He has nothing to show for it apart from feeling scammed and upset.

They are the worst. They block you off WhatsApp and pretend to be busy. Their phone is off. Never reply on instaGRAM. I was promised my product will be with me on Tuesday after trying to contact them for 3 weeks. And its still not here. DO NOT TRUST THEM. AVOID PLEASE.

Big SCAM stay as far away as possible.
Photos on Facebook are also FAKE! They do not respond to you!

Ok. I must be either to gullible or I just like to believe people are nice . After being in tears over my frustration with topken, I resorted to publically reviewing them and I was so made up when they responded and after a livewebchat later on, I thought we'd come close to a resolution and at their request, I did say I would happily change/update my review.....which I did as in good faith they would keep their word by dispatching the trainers by thursday 16th July, the day after my sons 16th birthday whose trainers they are and who ordered the trainers with his completing his exams money. THATS HOW LONG AGO THIS STARTED! So yet again topken after the 1st time we ordered off you last year, you delivered the goods, albeit a little longer than it should've been, but this time they have totally misled us time and time again and having got our hope up yet again with promises, they have not sent me the email confirmation they promised with tracking information and my son has spent the past almost 4 months in old trainers as we ve been waiting on these so long. I am so stupid and so upset for believing again in human nature

This is a scam. They are targeting vulnerable people and students with these products yet they don't have a secure method. Don't be fooled by these prices
