I previously left a bad review of this site as I thought I wouldn't receive my item, I have received what I paid for and I am happy with the product, although I did take an age to ve delivered, hopefully the staff behind the social media improve their customer service with more communication with the buyers, as I said I am happy with the product and I will use again !

Absolute scam of a company. They do not deliver the goods. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered nearly a month ago and still haven’t even received a tracking number, hoping that it can change so the review could too..

Good company. I can’t believe I found the shoes I wanted at such a low price.
I also can’t believe the negative reviews... we’ve been in a pandemic and people need to understand that there will be delays... please contact the seller for more information... don’t just jump to conclusions. Topken is a top brand! Can’t wait to get my next pair of shoes next month

Ordered on 19 april.keep getting told the trainers will be here next week. Still nothing has turned up it's been atleast 20 + days now

The company sells quality products at very reasonable rates. They are quite reliable in terms of delivery and they deliver on time.
There products are unique and outstanding. When it comes to foot wear they’re a force to reckon with.

Been 20 days says pending payment money been took off pure scam he keeps saying its coming

All of you posting bad reviews about this rip off company on trustpilot if you share your review with Instagram and Facebook it will get the message out there not to buy from them 100 times quicker and may save some unsuspecting people their hard earned cash. TOPKEN should NOT be allowed to continue to commit fraud and get away with it.

Please refrain from buying anything from these people. They give you a continued sense of false hope with their blunt replies. I ordered from topken over 4 weeks ago and on their website it still says ‘Awaiting payment’. I believe they are a scam of a company and they need to be shut down.

DO NOT BUY. Never buy to a website if the prices are too low in general and if they don't show the company physical address. This company meets both scam criteria. The best that can happen is that the product never arrives, the worst are extra charges in your credit card, they ask for the credit card in stead of using a payment gateway.

Ordered on the 20 of Novemberand only arrived now good quality I did have to email them on insta but the sorted me out thanks so much

Do not order from this company, they are not legitimate and are practising fraud. I placed an order for 2 pairs of trainers on 21st November. The status of the order on their website remains 'unfulfilled' I have had no response to any of my communication with this company. I have emailed, left phone messages and Instagram message. No response. I have no faith this order will be fulfilled and am now going to report them for fraud to the police and Action Fraud. Please do not take the risk and order from this company, I have lost 200 quid.

I am absolutely disgusted with my purchase here,I ordered in March and my order still hasn’t arrived, it cost me £75 and it’s a joke!!! Can anyone help me with this?
