Ordered on 22nd April, still not received item, messaged them told me parcel lost in transit please be patient and we will send another item to you,said not waiting any longer asked for refund got no reply back. My own fault usually read reviews before I buy

Placed an order on the 20/03/22, Received confirmation e-mail of order on 20/03/22, Then received another e-mail on the 22/03/22 saying awaiting payment through klarn , no correspondence since and payment has been taken from bank account still not received my order #3682, tried calling number provided on Topken site no answer and voice mail full. As a follow up to this first review , After a couple of emails, numerous phone calls to which no response to any and still no order received , I would definitely avoid

I paid through klarna and it said payment approved, but on the topken website it says awaiting payment? Won’t let me phone either

I have placed an order over 11 days ago ..money taken from my account ..still not received order ..I have rang ( no answer) and sent 4 emails..still waiting for response...the shoes were for my dons birthday which is today....order #3676....

After all those weeks waiting for the shoes my brother order they came today, they are not fake either , I am very pleased with my shoes and I am very appreciative of them .might order from there again hopefully delivery isn't as long as the last time

Just received my parcel after waiting 30 days and instead of the 3 pairs of trainers I ordered it was a small package containing a hat. Dont waste your money complete SCAM!!

I order my shoes and still haven’t delivered to me its have been so 20 days and many people are saying that this is a fake website so if it is iam gonna report to police and if its real where is my order

The shoes are legit and and great quality although the order took very very long to come.

Scammer never buy here big scam and even credit cards scammer will use your credit card better report to your bank

SCAMMERS!!!! Have not received my item no tracking number and no replies to my emails!! Of course there is no phone number, sending this over to Trading Standards!

Ordered trainers still not received, contacted then and got told sent out and then when I asked for the tracker number got told not sent out awaiting fulfilment, so confused are they sent out or are they not who knows only them. To be honest I think they are a fake company so please stay away from this topken

Fake company phone number out of service and say based in London but the address on website is a Residential property

Still not sorted my issues. It’s been 4 months!

Ordered a size 9 and was sent a size 10 and told that they are close enough and I should be happy. On top of that the colour was wrong.

Still won’t tell me how to return them. Note there is no return address on their site.

Honestly they are doing great I live in Ireland and my package still gets delivered to me It’s might take about two weeks three weeks to be delivered but it’s Still delivered to me And contact them on WhatsApp if you have any question Whenever I have any problem I go on there WhatsApp and talk to them Topken thank you so much
