Trash company, bought 6 months ago anf just got it yesterday, the Jordan 4s i bought are fake and i don’t appreciate how this company did not give me a refund for when i asked. At least i got my shoes thats why they are getting a star

I ordered a package 7th September and haven’t received anything. I have meshed them on Instagram a few times each time they have come back with a reasonable response however when I sent them a screenshot of my package still saying awaiting payment and asked for my money back I got ignored. They opened my message and left me in seen noapology no nothing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Would leave 0 if it was possible. Keeping it simple but avoid. They don’t send you your item and they don’t refund you - despite using Klarna. They have been a nightmare. Dispute ongoing and it’s been 6 months. Save your money and avoid at allll cost.

Scam company. Reported to trading standards and ombudsman, hope you guys get a big dirty fine and enjoy getting shut down. If you wanna get ripped off then be my guest. I was refunded by my bank 😊

I would not even give 1 star but I don’t have a choice, Following on from previous review, topken have taken MY MONEY and not gave me the goods. So they are £75 up and I’m £75 poorer, I don’t understand how they get away with it!! SCAM.
Just to clarify you sent the WRONG item after 3 months, and will not take it back, no confusion just incompetent staff!!!

I ordered a pairs of trainer for my son's birthday 6 weeks ago still I didn't receive my order I tried to contact them they sad carrier problem trying to email many times always said next week I paid by Laybuy I will report to the police scammer don't waist your money

Well this doesn't deserve a star at all. Finally got my order a month later ordered 10 July and received my post on 9 August I been told they are very busy and experiencing alot of order and they couldn't process my order until 4th week later. I kept messaging them asking about my order and was told they waiting my order to be on a awaiting fulfillment list because they haven't received my payment. They used a Laybuy payment and they won't process the until laybuy transfer the money to TOPKEN.

Opened up 2 box of Jordan 4. Bad quality, i can see where the clue, stitches and outline is. Inside shoe tongue are dead solid hard. Feel look Iike FAKE and definitely a bad copy. That why they only roughly £90 each because its FAKE.

Definitely not recommend to anyone.

I have place order for a pair of trainers and paid via klarna but Im awaiting for arrival of the trainers since the 3rd of july Order #3958. First instalment have been deducted but my order status says awaiting payment This is not impressive at all.

Finally received my order 29th of july. Honestly, I do not know why it had to take forever before I received it. I just hope it was not because of the first paragraph review that I put here initially that prompted it. Nevertheless, everything seems to be fine now and the order was pretty much nice.

Haven’t received my order after waiting way longer than the delivery date.
What a scammer sort this out asap Topken or else I will sue your company for fraud.

I ordered 2 pairs of trainers on the 13th May for my brothers birthday, I have still not received my order, I feel like I'm being ripped of by token as thay never responded to my emails?, I still need my order please where is it please token order number 076m62zf1 and reference is 3782, that got back to me only to swy this wasn't an order number from Topken lol 🤔 😅 very strange because this is the correct numbers plus I no it is because I have no other orders at all outstanding from anywhere, I now no I've been ripped off, stay away from Topken thrre a con ripp off company steer well clear of Topken bunch of fraudsters...
