Got my order a couple days after I ordered, love the shoes !

My experience was the best. I live in Bristol and I got my delivery the next day. It is so effective and the customer care was good. I had a quick response in the Instagram account. I am looking forward to shopping with topken

F***king fuming. They don't reply. Their number don't work. Even their location isn't real. Unbelievable. Been almost 13 days and my item is still not here. I've just been reading the reviews and I'm so upset. How did I make this mistake. Deal was too good to be true. Should've came here to read the reviews first and I could've saved my precious money that they are now enjoying. So upset

It's been 2 weeks since my order and statues of my order hasn't been updated. They barely reply to emails and messages. When they do, they just ask for the order number and never reply again. I'm shocked I fell for this scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THEM. I will soon report this when I'm free to the NCSC and the local police

I still haven't received it. Unbelievable. Never order from them. All the positive reviews paid and fake

Again like another person has said, if I could use a minute review I would.
Ordered 2 trainers last Saturday and I have checked the status of my order number times, to be thrown out and told theres been an error. I’ve tried contacting them via instagram and been told the details will be updated shortly.. I am still waiting. I work for Royalmail so I know there is nothing wrong with their delivery service their end. I want my money back....

After posting my first negative review. I was contacted directly by Topken on Facebook. HowEver the contact was Useless. No update on any thing.

If the shoes are fake like other claims It to be, I will open dispute against Topken for fake advertising.

I recommend you reaching out to me like you did last time. However with an update this time.

Ordered 2 pairs of trainers £140 , waited since 18 th June . And heard nothing yet I have emailed nothing disappointed Dexter Hall

I placed an order on 4 july and havent received any tracking number or nothing ive replied via email and Instagram but these guys not replying to none of my messages even tho they say they respond immediately. Whats going on. Please respond or i will leave a much worse review.

Ordered 300e worth of stuff only got half and the half I did get are not what I ordered they won't reply to my emails and I requested a refund after my cousins stuff came a few weeks ago and seen his runners were knock offs they replied then that they are not fakes but the stuff that came are a joke to what I ordered!!

I ordered a pair of shoes in February. Still have not received and rarely get a reply to an email. I’ve requested a cancellation on my order multiple times and a full refund. But still Topken refuse to acknowledge that they scammed me. Disgusting behaviour.
