Refuse to refund me although the crap was destroyed…

Refuse to refund me although the package was unopened & smashed to crap BEFORE it was placed in the shipping box. The box was in mint condition, the contents were obviously ripped prior to being placed in the box , customer service is a big joke & near non existent, this company needs a class action lawsuit, hopefully Trump can fine them millions $$$$$

I'm In Shock

I purchased a card from the TOPPS website on November 19, 2024. When I hadn't received it after three weeks, I called for an order status. It was almost impossible to get to a CSR. When I finally got through, the chat agent told me the card wouldn't ship until May or June of 2025—80 to 100 days! I was in shock. The card cost $250.00, and I was hoping to have it in my possession soon. I guess that's not going to happen. Topps was good at one point, but it's gone downhill fast. The new management and organization are the worst in the industry. I look forward to the day new management arrives or the company closes its doors. It has been cheating customers for years and deserves to be severely punished.

Awful service, avoid

Awful service. Sent me an inferior and wrong product worth a third of the price of what I purchased 6 months ago. Took months to reply to messages and emails and offered nothing in return. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t even reply to customer service emails and if they do it’s months later

Wow 96% of reviews for topps is 1 star. I should have looked at this before placing a order. This company is a joke save your money buy from a reputable company. (Fanatics) dollar store bought topps and brought their culture along with them and totally destroyed topps f*** fanatics. I will nvr buy anything with ur garbage tag on it. F***fanatics broke ass dollar store. Buy at own risk if u receive anything at all. F*** this sorry ass company

Euro 2024 Stickers never arrived - unserious company

Euro 2024 Stickers never arrived. This is
an unserious company lets you place orders, but then tells you that the product is finished, then makes fun of you by sending an email that the product has been shipped and then never responds again! I wrote them many times and I get 0 response. It is beyond me that FIFA dropped panini to get THEM!!! My child is so disappointed as the pocket money went on the stickers missing AND the horrendous delivery fee (of stickers) of 16 euros!!!! Until now no stickers, no update, no response, no care whatsoever I hope they get dropped by FIFA for the next football event as this handling is just disgraceful!

Bought 2 trading cards boxes- not delivered- months of me emailing without any answers. No contact number. They are a horrible company and feels extremely scammy. Topps used to be great. No communication, No care for the customer. DO NOT USE

Topps cards are decent. Doing business with them directly...not so much

Ordered the Olympics Lebron/Curry/Durant "Topps Now" card on August 12th. Was supposed to ship 7-10 business days after the selling window closed (Aug 13th). A week later, the shipping window was amended to 10-13 business days, or Aug. 29th at the latest. I receive an email Sept. 3rd stating the item should be shipped by the 5th. On the night of the 5th, I receive another email saying the item is delayed and should ship no later than Sept 26th. I get a single delay- maybe 2 but to keep promising and missing dates is something I'd expect from a small business in over their heads. Not much else to say other than sayonara to my account at Topps once this card is delivered. Update: Got an email from Topps a few hours after posting this review that my order has been shipped. Normally good news, but here's the issue: Topps is sending out short/super short prints of this base card with random orders, meaning some lucky customers will get an additional second card of higher value. Receiving the "shipped" email only a few hours after this review (and the shipping delay email I received) suggests that Topps did a good faith, one-off individual ship of my card- effectively removing me from the scheduled print run and the chance at that second card. The 2 stars reflects this specific ordering instance- not the company.

BUY FROM AMAZON NOT FROM THEM

BUY FROM AMAZON NOT FROM THEM. Been already +2 weeks and haven’t received the purchase. Have tried to contact them for over a week and NO ONE wrote back. Only have a phone number from the UK but I’m Spanish, so I’ve got NOTHING to do. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE

Did not receive my last stickers!

I ordered my last 15 stickers and did not received it. I already tried to contact by e-mail and I have zero responses! On the website it says that my Order is finalized, it seems I can't do nothing about this.

Wrong order received

Topps sent me the completely wrong order.
Brought my last 50 euro 24 stickers and 3 limited edition cards, waited 6 weeks for them not to turn up and be sent 27 sticker from someone else’s order, who will no doubt be disappointed aswell.

Can’t get through on the phone, their voicemail still says closed due to Covid. Emailed and no response.
Really disappointed they can mess up a simple order and no customer service to resolve. Wish I read reviews before buying anything directly from Topps.
