Atrocious company - even forgetting about all the rights issues, shoddy team selection, rip off pricing etc. for the Euro 2024 album, it took 20 days for the last 50 stickers order to arrive, and they then sent the wrong stickers (and some were just left out entirely), leaving us unable to complete the book. The customer phone number given on the invoice does not work and they do not reply to emails. Clearly, they do not give a s***.

I am sad to have had the misfortune to buy a product from Topps. I gave them a chance after Pannini but this will obviously be the last time they will get any business from me.

Ordered my last 50 stickers and I’m missing 4. I also got sent 2 randoms that I don’t need. I emailed them the day I got them and still haven’t had a reply. They also took 30 days to come

After one month, I finally received an email! They asked me to rate their customer service. Which is odd, because up until that point I had nothing from their customer service team. When I ordered my remaining EURO 2024 stickers, 2 were missing. The two phone numbers I had for them didn't seem to work. I'm still waiting for a reply to my email, and they only replied to a Facebook message with their auto response. Their website is poor, as the "view order" link goes to a 404, unless you go to a different My Account page which is hidden from most other pages. As for their FR and DE websites, they don't ship to FR or DE, so I'm not sure what the point of those are.

Topps does what any company that thinks short term and rides a wave of collector hype ( they created ) to get your hard earned $ on the ever shrinking chance you open a pack of thier product hoping to hit that big card. Now your hoping to get a slight chance of maybe getting a small portion of your $ back. Your now playing a lottery. Your no longer a collecter but a gambler. I collected since the 70s and haven't opened a pack in 5 years. There's no reason for anyone to. If your a true collector then collect. Buy what you love. Collect the team or player you love. The only way they will start putting value back into the product is if collectors stop buying out every terrible release they pump out. They've destroyed card shops in lieu of online breakers. They're the new religion. Shiny loud and worthless. Jumping up and down convincing people thier pc will be part of a longterm retirement plan. It's cardboard. It's cardboard with a sticker of an autograph signed by the next willie mays. ? It's hype and that's it. They've created a litteral parallel universe now. Sparkly rare and irrelevant. Purple green snakeskin or whatever. Impossible to even keep up with the endless variations that will end up in bin somewhere. It's a slight of hand trick designed to keep you ripping packs like a moron chasing the flavor of the day. So to anyone calling themselves a collector ...collect but please stop feeding the company that sold cards for the gum and now sells cards for and too the dumb

Ordered missing stickers for the Euro 2024 set. When received, one was incorrect and one sticker was missing. Have emailed Topps twice and other than standard response saying someone will get back to me, have had no reply in a month or received the correct stickers. Will stick to Panini in future as Topps obviously not bothered about their customers.

0 stars if I were able. Received an incorrect order for missing stickers, have contacted Topps UK for help in rectifying and absolutely nothing back from them. Unreachable by telephone as well.

My son showed an interest in following my hobby and I was keen to encourage this as something we could do together. Unfortunately this has been his first experience in sticker collecting. Extreme disappointment. This will be our first and last Topps Album.

I received a Topps 2024 Chrome box with damages cards (bent). When I ask for return cards they wrote me, bent cards are not eligible for returning because they are still graded 8 or more. I am very disappointed with this topps company policy. They must sell better quality cards. Also I paid for a 1-2 days delivery and package was received 7 days late.

Would give zero stars if I could. Tried to order some missing stickers to complete the album. Have tried on several occasions over several days, I set up an account but can't log in to order the stickers so now I have an incomplete book on which I've spent good money, what a waste! Bring back Panini!

Easiest goodbye to my favourite hobbies. The quality of this Euro 2024 sticker are below awful. Nations that they are not in Euro just taking space in album. Potw and SP sticker making you to have same players twice, but still missing some other players from each team. Complete garbage and will never go with Topps again. Coming back to this hobby when Panini returns.

I opened a packet that only had one big thick white card in I have tried contacting their customer service and I’ve had no reply.

Shocking customer service! My son bought a tin of Euros 2024 trading cards from Morrisons with his birthday money and when he opened the tin the wrong cards were inside. I emailed customer services as that is the only way to contact them several weeks ago and still waiting for a response. I am reluctant to buy a replacement tin for my son in case the same thing happens again. Such a shame as lots of kids are spending lots of money on these cards. Topps should be ashamed of themselves!!!

Topps is complete trash! and do nothing but take advantage of Marvel fans & their own customers/members/community especially on their digital apps like Marvel Collect/Star wars/Bunt/Disney..
Topps has vip favorites if you're not spending $100-$1000 a month you're not worthy of Legendary/Epic cards and you'll be handed bottom of the barrel cards for $10-$90 per month..
Topps allows bullying and ridiculing of members..They have a rating system that's been weaponized and used as a revenge tool, trades are highly subjective and to allow members to use that against one another is asinine!
The high tier vip($100-$1000 per month) get the royal treatment and the $10-$50 per month are treated like complete garbage..
Topps David is the worst! Members make suggestions to be ignored and handed ridiculous ugly sets..
Everyone is leaving all these apps because Topps is in all out greed mode and gouging it's community and players like crazy..
I once absolutely loved Marvel! I hate Marvel with a passion now because of Topps!
The card art is on a steady decline unless you're higher tier $100-$1000 per month then you get the good stuff..
I regret ever spending money on these apps or ever even installing them...

I live in Belgium and bought on their French website a box of Euro 24 stickers and a hard cover album for my daughter. Two weeks later I received the cards, but not the album. I tried to contact their customer service, but they only have an email address and no telephone number. I've sent already two messages complaining, got the standard auto reply "someone will look at your request" and nothing. No single message, delivery or anything.

I am very disappointed! So many children are collecting the euro cup stickers and spending their pocket money on them! Shame on you topps for obviously withholding SP cards! It can’t be a coincidence that most people are missing several SP cards and none of the others! Every sticker swap I take my son to is always the same. Loads of young children with big piles of stickers all asking for SP cards and then going home disappointed ‘cause nobody has got any to swap! This used to be a social thing which was fun, getting excited about the upcoming football event! And then your useless website..

Poor customer service, poor quality goods, poor communication. Bought Euro 24 album with stickers, but stickers absent! Sent all requested information. Almost a month later...NOTHING. Just out to swindle money from young people like my son.

Purchased a 'Mega Tin' from the Euro 24 card collection from Sainsburys in the UK.
Opened and it contained cards from a different collection. Sent in details, receipt, contents and my details.
The reply was weak with a vague apology and that they would send out a replacement within 22 days. I didn't receive.
A real shame considering the amount of money spent on collections.
Avoid and choose panini for collecting!

opps, unfortunately, holds the exclusive rights to produce the sticker album for Euro 2024, and the result is quite disappointing. The teams are not current; the information appears to be based on data from 2-3 years ago. For instance, the captain of the Italian football team featured hasn't been part of the team for three years. The sticker design is also lackluster, with all stickers being horizontal and featuring only the faces of players from popular teams like England, Germany, Italy, and France, with no inclusion of the neck, body, or even the team jerseys—just oversized faces that fill most of the sticker. Notably, top players like Müller have their same large face repeated on multiple stickers. While less prominent teams have somewhat better stickers, there are many pointless ones, such as poorly captured images of European architectural heritage. There's no acknowledgment of the coaches or newer players either. The only positive aspect is that the randomization of stickers in the packets seems to have been handled well, resulting in a lower number of doubles.

I have been waiting a month for a reply from them after the delivery company left my parcel by my back gate whilst I was on holiday. As you can imagine no parcel when I got back and now waited a month since reporting this for any kind of reply back. Absolutely shocking. Might just call the police as they have literally stolen my money!

I ordered a card and never received it. They tried to tell me the address was incorrect, as if I don't know my own address. This was weeks ago, and yet they still have not issued a refund. Order your cards elsewhere. These people will rip you off.

So after finally getting a numbered refractor rookie of caitlin clark and seeing it was factory ceased on back only, i sent it in to get replaced. What i got back was a second year half the value. When confronted they said, i guess we owe you 240 value more. After inflating theirs and deflating value of mine they come up with this number. Great but a rookie is something that will continue to grow in value, 2 second year cards was and is a spit in the face, a kick in the groin!!! Can't i just get one good second year that would grow in value!!! No, they will send me a second card that won't grow in value, probably be worth less than their crap estimate of 240 by the time it gets here! I'm done with spending money on topps, i spent tens of thousands chasing the holy grail and when i get it this happens, garbage service! and arrogant as hell!!! Email acted as if they were doing me a favor of sending another half assed card in trade for a holy grail of cards, yea thank you so much for giving me cards that are more common and easier to get, what a company!!!! If i could post pics i would, the emails are disguising. You can find copies of emails on Facebook card groups!!!
