Disgusting service
Sent in a Autograph football player card from topps chrome ucc that was clearly been damaged at the printing process almost burned along the bottom of card! They asked for photos ect then they said send the card to them for further investigation to which I did recorded post! they got back to me admitted it was there fault! In printing process but because card was 1 0f 1 there was nothing they could do? Which I wasn't happy because the card belongs to my 10 year old son who actually pulled his first auto card. But was upset with the condition hence why I contacted topps! And I then received a further email from topps (ongoing for 5 weeks now) stating that Italy topps might have a replacement in there stock? Another 2 weeks passed and I received still nothing from our Italy branch and that was 4 weeks ago nothing from them since! My son's absolutely heart broken and lost all interest in collecting football cards THANKS TOPPS I HOPE YOUR HAPPY!
Terrible Customer Service
I have a redemption that I sent in for three years ago. I reach out to the company via email and phone several times a year. Always ends the same...They say they will escalate the case and then no one ever reaches back out to me. I have talked with Eric, Nic, Patrick O' Sullivan....always the same. No one will ever even talk to me about the redemption that I sent in for and they never shipped. Never offered a replacement or anything. They all just run. Stay away from this company... They don't care at all about their customers.

Watch out. My order of 24.11.2023. Has not been delivered yet. Was shipped 01.12.2023. Was in Milan Italy on the way to Denmark. In pulheim Germany since 5.12. (Waiting to hear back on multiple support requests from not only Topps, also couriers Spring and Post NL)
The order of McDonald’s All American…
The order of McDonald’s All American basketball players box came damaged. The item is a gift and should be in pristine condition. The only recourse I was given was a 10% discount on a future purchase. I was told to open the box and the packs to check for damaged cards. That certainly wouldn’t do for a gift! Didn’t find customer service very helpful. I feel I should have received a replacement once this box was returned. The only good thing was a quick delivery and a quick response…but no resolution.
Horrible greed from this company
Horrible greed from this company. Just let scalpers with bots buy as many as possible and crash the site. You could easily limit it but choose not to out of greed. The average person can barely afford the products at msrp and are forced to pay scalpers and 3rd party prices.

Got relic card in booster tin but card was damaged in packing obviously. Ni contacted topps customer service by email they replied and asked for pics and info I sent them it. Then went to send email 2 days later and they blocked my emails.
Awful business
I bought two Bowman heritage boxes and paid about $225. Most of the cards were off centered and a lot them were bowing.
I also experienced some missing cards. They sent me a link and tried to claim. Very confusing

When I tried to follow up to see if my claim went through; the Representative told me I had to do so much leg work, that I gave up. I think that is their intention.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I work in customer support myself so would normally never call out a customer support because everyone can make mistakes! I lost my password to my account which I spend +$5000 on! Then I provide them my email address, exact date my account was created, who I follow and who follows me and yet they do not let me have my account back. It is truly a sad show of a support and no one should ever buy from Topps! Don't waste any of your time or money on Topps apps or their cards. 3 months I have spend on talking to their support which is a total waste of time and they have broken GDPR a few times as well during those 3 months. Stay as for away as you can from this company! They care about your money and nothing else. Can't verify a user with the email, creation date and which followers I have, first time I ever heard that isn't enough and now they just stopped answering.
Appalling 'Customer Sevice'
If I could leave 0 stars I would.
I bought 2 boxes of Chrome UEFA Womens Champions League Cards from a UK retailer costing £25 per box.
However, one card had an imperfection in the laminate.
I contacted Topps in Milton Keynes, England, who, after several emails, requested photographic evidence and proof of purchase.
Once I had supplied this, they then decided that they could not help and I would have to contact Topps in the USA who will not respond to emails !!
Why has a multi-national company got a UK office supplying these cards but that cannot deal with legitimate complaints ?
Once Topps have your money, they do not care about customer service.
My advice....AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I bought on October 20 packs of 2022…
I bought on October 20 packs of 2022 Topps 206 Star Wars - Wave 2 and they shipped it on November. On January I reached them via email because on the Fedex website it was still in transit (in the US). They told me that they would contact me with news so I waited. I never got an answer and a few days later I reply on the old email so that I coul get a proper answer and they told me that 60 days already passed and they would literally do nothing, no item no refund. A shame, they lost a costumer.

Topps and mego false advertisement
Topps combined with mego corp tricked bunch of people into purchasing what we thought were exclusive retro action figures that were a limited time run and exclusive to the topps buisness,a year later same items are available cheaper at another retailer. Stay away from both companies who use false advertisement as a way to get buisness ,both companies refused refunds
An unbelievable disgrace of an online shop!
1. Garbage website.
Tried ordering over £100 worth of Match Attax cards for starters. Made quite a few attempts, all to no avail. The site reports a successful order, the card gets charged, then about five seconds later the money gets refunded and another email comes in: “the order's been declined”. Using different payment cards or PayPal, or trying another delivery address or method — no dice.
2. Horrid customer service to match it.
Telephone service isn't available for website issues, they ask you to email. Messaged and emailed the customer service several times. The responses come many weeks later! “Our system has cancelled your order as was not approved from our security check”. Asking how can I place an order that wouldn't be declined, i.e., what was it? the name? the address? the card? the email? the somehow frightening selection of goods? is no use. Another several weeks later you read the same useless “our security team couldn’t verify the details” with zero helpful information or anything else constructive, but plus of course “We hope that you were happy with our services.”
An absolute disgrace of how to treat a customer.

Have used Topps a few times with the same results, I literally had to email them to remind them to ship my box. No idea how the UK site hasn't failed. Currently waiting on a box I ordered three months ago with a Project 22 card at the same time. The card has arrived but nothing ever mentioned about the box. AVOID. Absolutely terrible customer service too. Finally done with them having spend hundreds with no different outcome

One of the worst companies around. They get kids to spend a fortune on Match Attax and then cancel or don't send orders so that you can't complete the set. Only needed 2 limited edition blue cards to complete the 23/23 set that we had spent a lot of money on. Ordered the cards from the Topps website. First one wasn't sent and the other order was cancelled. Shocking customer service that don't answer phone. We might have collected Topps for years but we wont be using them again so at least my son will end up saving money in the long run.
Scam artists.
Changed the rules on their promotion so they didn't have to fulfill their obligation. I selected a player to get a hit on a certain day and he did. They told me be patient the bonus card is coming. Waited several months, checked back and they said I didn't win. Showed them the email trail. No response.

Brought 2 Topps cards for a Christmas present and only one was sent tried ringing no answer emailed and no reply these people are scamming people, Don't ring them, even if they do not answer you will be charged for the call, I got charged £8 for calling 4 times with no answer it is a premium rate number, I think this is there scam they do not fulfill your order then wait for you to call them has you would if you did not receive your order or only part of it, then watch the money from the calls roll in,
