Topps why can't you still get it right
Topps why can't you still get it right? I've been buying Topps cards since the 1980s and I recently bought the 2021 and 2022 complete sets I also bought a hobby box of 2022 and the cards are still way off center. I mean why? It's 2022 and you still can't get your centering right! This will be the last year I buy your product

Ordered on 27th November with 5-7 day deliver.
hear nothing. Emailed and called. I then requested it to be cancelled. They tried to blame Royalmail strikes which hadn't even happened then!! After I requested to be cancelled, the tracking magically changed to 'sender has dispatched package to us'
Basically, they don't have stock (which doesn't show on the site)

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Ordered 2 advent calendars 16 days ago... Still not been delivered or received any delivery details and still no response from topps to my 3 emails I've sent... I even attempted to call them with no joy. This is honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID AVOID AVOID...

AVOID! Ordered an advent calendar for my son. Still not arrived on the 7th Dec - put it down to Roayl Mail strikes. However I've just recieved a shipment notification so it's actually taken Topps 9 days to ship it. Needless to say, a very disappointed boy :( Joke of a company. Just read the other reviews.

Horrendous customer service
Missing an item from my order from the 28th oct 22. It's now the 17th nov 22. No reply from a human, only received an automated message from Topps. Emailed them multiple times and opened multiple complaints. They're just not bothered. Horrendous customer service. I Have since told my son that we won't be buying from them ever again.

Once a proud and strong company, not a company that puts profits before customer experience. Price of boxes have skyrocketed and pulls have gotten worse. I think MLB should reconsider their licensing.
NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID
Ordered two boxes of Champs League Stickers and a starter pack 16th October - only shipped 28th Oct after email asking where my order was. Package turned up 31st Oct contained 7 boxes Sidemen cards whatever they are. Logged on their complaints sytsem many times -nothing -now 12/11- no point using phones-non operational message says due to Covid-I have never been treated so badly this company is a joke avoid like the plague -
I ordered a set from them in September
I ordered a set from them in September. The product was supposed to ship out Nov 4th. Product never shipped. They emailed me stating they were “hoping” that the product will ship next month.
I called to cancel my order. They refuse to do so. For any buyer by ware that 1) they will not ship out the product on time. 2) you have no recourse if they delay your order indefinitely. 3) they will not grant you a refund.

Luckily I ordered through PayPal so I raised a case and received a refund but please avoid this company, obviously a massive scam
Outrageous customer service or lack of!!
Placed an order for cards and card tins etc, delivered incorrectly and a month later still haven’t received any updates from customer services let alone the items ordered. Telephone directs you to the website due to Covid outbreak, website issue standard email acknowledgment but goes no further and there is no escalation to the issue. Therefore left out of pocket for unwanted goods and still wanting the correct goods. Stalemate and they have my money,
I will never purchase from this company ever again, simply outrageous.
Total and utter scam
Total and utter scam. Order placed on the 1st September 2022. Emailed on 1st October and received an automated reply saying it was being dealt with and not to submit a duplicate query. After another week of not receiving a reply, I submitted another two emails. All correspondence has been ignored.
I tried phone several times to which an answering machine message states the 'office is closed due to COVID', which is of course highly doubtful.

Wrong cards sent and no reply

AVOID Its been a month since I ordered and when I asked about how much longer it would be a man called Alex Bano answered and automatically cancelled my order, since it was limited edition I can no longer order them again. Very disappointed
