Excellent service from Riley and Emma at Topps Tiles Dagenham! Thank you!

Topps tiles have been top class with customer service. I recently purchased a number of tiles for my new kitchen . After our kitchen was completed we some how ended up with 6 packs unused so obviously their was a miss calculation. I contacted Tops Tiles and spoke to Amy, who was very helpful. She asked us if we could return them and even helped us transport them from the car to the store. I would definitely recommend Tops Tiles Bilston. 😃

Staff are great but the product pricing for domestic customers is 100% higher than for trade. In store the trade prices are front and centre and the fact these are the trade are printed in small writing so when you get to the till and experience a 100% markup it’s a bit of a shock.

We’ve just used the Bicester store for the second time, and the experience has been seamless from start to finish. The staff, particularly Jon and Stuart are so helpful and knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough

I visit the staff here are really friendly helpful and very knowledgeable

Firstly, I want to make it clear that I really like Topps Tiles. I hadn’t shopped there for several years, as CTD previously offered better trade loyalty and rewards, but since CTD closed, I’ve returned to Topps.

Gemma and her team at the Plymouth branch have been excellent, and this one-star review is not a reflection of the service they provide. It is intended to draw attention to an important issue with the Topps Tiles online trade account system that urgently needs updating.

Currently, you can only view online orders within your account—not purchases made in-store. Although in-store rewards are recorded and invoices are emailed at the time of purchase, you cannot later access, view or download those receipts and invoices for accounting and tax purposes.

This is incredibly frustrating, particularly for businesses with several employees purchasing from multiple branches. We need one central place where all transactions and invoices can be accessed whenever required.

Other major trade suppliers—including Screwfix, Toolstation, MKM and Bradfords—already provide this facility. The fact that Topps does not genuinely puts me off using the company.

Convenience is essential in business. Administration may now be digital, but the information must also remain digitally accessible—without being restricted by store opening hours, weekends or bank holidays.

I hope this review encourages Topps Tiles to update its online system, providing its trade customers with the convenient access they need to all purchases, receipts and invoices.

Really competent advice and very good products

Helen Northampton was amazing, so helpful and advising us every step of the way. Nothing was too mu h trouble foe her. There are some lovely tiles there at very reasonable prices.

We were served by Beth and she was great she helped with everything from the tiles right down to the grout. I got everything I needed to do the job.

Topp Tiles in Raines Park are very helpful and respectful. The shop is clean and tidy and well organised big thanks to all staff there big up J.

*UPDATE* As usual, they have not helped in any way and despite them being at fault, have washed their hands of the case. Useless, pathetic service!

Ordered a large amount of tiles - called a few days after delivery to arrange a return as they were unfortunately not suitable. Several calls were made (they have no logging system) and kept being told they would call us to arrange collection (due to large amount). No one ever called. Then they asked for photos of the pallets - photos sent albeit to wrong address. Still no calls being returned. Called a branch who contacted customer services on our behalf. They have then lied, threatened and gaslight us. By this point, they say they will only accept a return (as now long past 30 days due to their own fault) if tiles are faulty. Send evidence of tiles snapping and yet they blame us. Sitting with £4500 worth of tiles I can do nothing with because they simply cannot arrange a call back to arrange collection despite being within 30 days and then blame us. Absolutely disgusting service and treatment!!!!

DIY idiot here, went to store Steve couldnt have been more helpful. Got everything I needed, He even took the time to explain thing when I didnt get them the first time. Absolutely first rate service, Will not hesitate to use them again when I pluck up the courage to tackle some more of the DIY stuff! Thank you Steve.
