I just had a very concerning experience with your platform while trying to provide you money for your service. I placed order auto69c14e792e90e and was required to submit verification of my identity. Upon completion of all steps as directed, a refund was processed instead of my order. When I contacted your customer service via Chat on the website, the employee informed me that "Sorry, we do not support top-ups for elderly users.". This is blatant age discrimination, which upon asking why I was denied based on my age was told "This is a limitation of our platform." and "You cannot make any top-ups on our platform." When I asked why it was a limitation, I was told "We will not disclose this to you." This is blatant age discrimination. If I were to know why, I may understand, so I contacted the email support. They directed me to another direct chat, said the same thing, and then banned me from the chat. I sent another email asking to send me the specific language that is posted on your site that makes me ineligible for a top up, and they said the same thing "If you have exceeded the platform's eligibility criteria, you are not allowed to make any purchases on our platform. This is our platform's rule." I am sorry, but "The Platform" is not some higher authority that you have no control over - YOU make the rules and you will not tell me why you will not sell to elderly users. This company needs to stop discriminating based on age. You are letting minors make purchases but not older individuals - any explanation you provide should have the reason why you set an upper age limit on transactions or you are continuing this baseless age discrimination.

Tried to purchase Onric shards, as Lootbar isn't working right now, and my bank froze my account. Thought it was strange given the reviews I've seen were mostly positive, but after checking my transaction history for the declined purchase, it turns out that despite buying one item, I was charged 3 times for the 8080 Onric shard refill. Reported the two extra attempted purchases as fraud, as that is NOT what I tried to purchase, and now I need a new card due to my bank's regulations. Real unfortunate shit.

I ordered 2 times and had a problem with authenticate that asked for a picture of me and my ID card and then they litterally asked for a picture of MY CREDIT CARD after that, i looked to the customer services and the first staff took care of my 2 first orders, then at the third it was another staff who came to take care of it but instead of unlocking it they asked me to authenticate so basicly send all my informations credit card and more, i said no and they didn't discuss further they Blocked me and now i can't even have access to the customer services and i don't even know if i'm refunded.

My experience this far has been excellent. Not only do they respond quickly with my funds entering the account within 2 minutes, they take security seriously. I have to go through 3 verification steps and while most would find that concerning, I find it comforting as it shows my bank info is safe.
