Automatic refund? A scam or a glitch?

Okay, I used this website a lot back then. I wanted to purchase something. But when I bought it, it IMMEDIATLY got refunded, even though I did NOT ask for one. I don't know why or how this could've happened. I contacted customer service. And I asked them to cancel the refund. But they kept saying "Your order has been successfully refunded" but that's not what I wanted! I don't know if this has happened to anyone else. So, just be careful guys.

This is honestly a scam. I provided everything they asked for and did not receive the pack I requested. I’ve been trying to get in contact with them and have yet to be refunded or responded to.

I’ve purchased from this site a couple of times, and their prices are generally reasonable compared to other platforms like Midasbuy and SEAGM. However, my last three transactions were automatically refunded without any clear explanation.

When I contacted customer support to ask for the reason and how to resolve the issue, the representative didn’t seem interested in understanding the problem. Instead, I was told to contact Age of Empires Mobile directly. I explained that I don’t experience this issue when purchasing from other competitors, and the response I received was simply, “Then buy from them.” After that, I was banned from contacting customer service.

While the prices may be slightly lower than other websites, the poor customer service and lack of support make it not worth the risk. I would not recommend purchasing from this platform.
