Super happy with Total Cycling

Super happy with Total Cycling. Earlier this year, did a rebuild of my bike changing over from Campy Chorus 2x10 (circa 2002) to Record (mostly) 2x12. Total Cycling had great prices and availability of Campy components that I needed. They delivered quickly to the US and everything was in perfect condition in their original, sealed boxes. Even for items not in stock like Record crankset with 165mm crankarms, they accurately described how long it would take to obtain the item and ship it out. Communication from Aaron regarding my orders was great throughout. Total Cycling is the best source for Campy parts that I've come across.

Would recommend

I was bit worried after reading other comments after placing an order. Shipping was bit delayed as i ordered some items that were "on stock" but not the amount I ordered. Communication with store was very good and fast replies.

Outstanding Customer Service. Everything Turned Out Perfectly

I ordered a rim that was out of stock everywhere else. Being in Germany, I knew this would be quite a journey for the parcel. Almost the worst-case scenario happened: It was reported as shipped but didn’t arrive.

Fearing that this shop might be a scam, I tried contacting them via email. After a while, they responded. They were incredibly friendly, understanding, and helpful. They contacted the parcel service and discovered that the package had been misrouted and was stuck in the UK, where it should never have gone.

The package was returned to them, and they shipped it again—this time with routing information stickers on the box. Throughout the transit process, they tracked the package and genuinely cared about resolving the issue for me. They were very friendly and extremely committed.

In the end, I received my rim—two weeks later than expected but perfectly packaged and in excellent condition.

Conclusion: It wasn’t their fault; great communication, outstanding commitment, and excellent result.

Great communication and service

Despite an item being out of stock at time of ordering, they went above and beyond to make sure my order arrived in time for when I needed it.

Genuine products at a reasonable price plus great customer service.

I had a good experience 👍🏻

Seen a lot of bad reviews but can only go on my experience with them. Ordered replacement Cervelo S5 headset from them,only one that seemed to have it in stock with a quick delivery,needed it at latest for tomorrow. Ordered it Friday afternoon and it arrived this morning,less than two working days. Was correct headset and fitted in jig time. So correct product, decent price and fast delivery so has to be five stars from me.

Attention : don't trust totalcycling.com

On march 6th in the morning I placed an order with totalcycling.com. As written on their website, the items should have been dispatched in the afternoon to Belgium, the payment having been made with paypal. However, still now, I didn't get any information regarding the reception of my order, the shipping details and moreover, I sent e-mail for which I'm still waiting a reply. Be careful, this saller to avoid, it's probably a fake saller. Thanks. Miguel - Belgium

Fast dispatch and good prices

Bought a replacement Hope R4 battery.
Shipped with no extra cost from Derry to Wicklow and arrived in two days from the order being placed.

No more that I could hope for. Brilliant to have a supplier like that on the island.

Friendly efficient service. Amazing knowledge and professionalism

Great knowledge, fantastic customer service, extremely friendly on the phone. I got a part for my Colnago which I couldn't find anywhere else and believe me I tried. I ordered on Friday morning and it was with me on Saturday first thing (Northern Ireland to Wales). That's what I call service. The part fitted exactly and I now have a smooth bike again

I should have trusted the reviews…

I should have trusted the reviews before ordering from this clown show!! Ordered my part’s December 26 and still nothing. Sent 2 emails to they customer service but no reply. Stay away from this place!

Total Cycling/totally hopeless …

My order has supposedly been dispatched yet no update for over a week. Status just keeps saying that the postal service are aware of my parcel. It doesn’t appear to have left the shop yet. That’s all ok as s&$t happens. What is not ok is that I have emailed them twice just to check that my parcel hasn’t been forgotten and I have been ignored.

TC Has Worked Well For Me

I am in the U.S. and have been a Total Cycling customer since 2008, when ordering from retailers outside of your own country was still a bit of a sketchy process. Early on, they offered quality products at prices that represented huge savings over purchasing from American retailers. For that reason alone I took the leap and ordered a groupset and wheels. It took forever for the items to arrive (as was the case for international shipments then), but I received everything at a price that probably saved me close to $600 USD versus ordering from U.S. retailers.

Since then I have continued to use Total Cycling for my large purchases (Wheels, Groupsets, etc.), and never had any real issues. A few years ago they shipped me the wrong set of wheels, but were very responsive in rectifying everything...it was all sorted with minimal effort. The biggest challenge was navigating the time zone difference.

Just recently I ordered a wheelset, and to my surprise it arrived at my doorstep the following week and the shipping process seemed a lot more efficient than in past years. I also saved about $350 over what I would have paid had I ordered from even the most competitively priced U.S. retailer. This stands even given the cost of shipping to the U.S.

So, I'm all in with Total Cycling and have had no negative experiences. I would highly recommend them. For the record, I have no relationship with, or interest in Total Cycling other than being their customer.

Terrible customer service

I placed an order on 12th April, totalling £58. On 20th April Michael McLoone emailed me to say 1 item was out of stock until June. I asked for a substitution or partial refund. Since then I've heard nothing. I emailed for updates three times with no answer.

I've now (6th June) asked to cancel the order and get a full refund. Let's see what happens next. I just hope they don't steal my money. In any event, terrible customer service.

Money taken, no delivery

I ordered parts from them in January of this year. They acknowledged my order but advised that they did not have the parts in stock. I said I was ok to wait. Since them I have sent numerous emails all of which have been ignored. I have escalated this now to PayPal to get my money back. I will not order parts from them again.....

No complaints

Ordered a Shimano Ultegra rear derailleur on Friday morning (cheapest I could find on the web). Got a dispatch email later the afternoon, delivered with Parcelforce on Monday afternoon. Cannot complain about the service!

The item I ordered was not in stock. The offered refund hasn't happened and they do not respond to any emails or calls. Hope I will get my money back. ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS SELLER!
