STEER AWAY
Ordered items 03.04.21 and have now 22.04.21 not heard anything from them. Have had to create claims with Paypal.
Experience totalcycling.com as a total junk online store, they take your money and it goes with it. If I could give below zero stars, I would.

No worries and Came through good in the end!

Don't be put off my the mixed reviews if you are not in a desperate hurry to receive your order. I ordered an item which had a two day delivery time on the website and started to worry when I had not had a confirmation email and nothing had arrived after a week, I also did not get a reply from a chasing mail, but a couple of days later the item turned up at my door. I hadn't had any notice of dispatch etc, but happy the item as advertised and in good condition and at a very good price. Now I know the score I would be happy to shop here again unless in a desperate hurry for the goods.

Great online cycling company

Hi all, In case this might help any doubters, I also read negative reviews but took a chance, all my products ordered arrived in reasonable timing considering I am in Canada. When I emailed them they responded within the hour, they gave me tracking numbers so I knew where my items were at all times, my advice is only order items that show in stock, and dont combine with items that show ships in 2-3 days as this will throw the entire order in delay, my experience was good, hope this helps

DUBIOUS SELLER / PRODUCTS

I ordered a Shimano HG93 chain, along with some other items, totalcycling.com order #268319. The website showed a new-in-box product, which is what i expected to receive from a legitimate online seller.
What i actually received was some gypsy take-off in a ziploc bag, no packaging, no instructions, and most critically no installation pin. Is this even a genuine Shimano product? or some used take off from the shop mechanic's bike?
I contacted seller several times with no response. Pursuing dispute resolution via PayPal.

I have placed an order 8 days ago, they took the money the same day and I am looking for my things or even information to locate the order, I still have an answer after 4 messages that I have sent to them. Very bad. I have to get my money back

Crooks!

FAKE company - do yourself a favor and avoid! Bought a wheel-set that was showing as in Stock and 48 hour delivery. They took my money the next day, now over 2 weeks later, no wheels, no replies to any emails, no update on my order on their online account. Having to go through a charge back with my credit card. Please heed the warning!

Good people to deal with.

I ordered some chain lube which should have arrived in a couple of days. However, they overlooked the fact that it was out of stock. I have still given them 5 stars because they immediately despatched it and upgraded the delivery to AM Next Day. It arrived as promised even though it had to travel from Londonderry to Staffordshire.

Great customer service.

I ordered a set of Campagnolo carbon bar end shifters even though I had an idea were out of stock because they are so difficult to find. Since the items were not shipped 3 weeks later and I used my wife's credit card who was becoming unnecessarily naggy about the delay, I sent an email, and then made a call to cancel the order.

I got through on the 3rd call and my order was quickly cancelled, but was told that they expected to get the parts in from their supplier in a week or so, and that I would receive an email when the parts arrived so I could order again. With the great customer service and quick refund I'll have no problem placing my order again once they are in stock.

No response!

Have bought a few things from these guys, initially not bad but recently they left some parts out of my order and when questioned about it via email they refuse to respond to any of my emails at all. Won’t be using them again. :(

WARNING SCAM WEBSITE BEWARE!!

WARNING SCAM WEBSITE BEWARE!!! Ordered an expensive helmet weeks ago which has not arrived, tried to call to find out what is going on... no answer monday, no answer tuesday, no answer wednesday, no answer Thursday, no answer Friday and have tried calling 5+ times per day!! Have sent 2 emails and got no response, my order status has not changed since last week and this just isn't on!! I have reported you to my bank, Paypal and will not stop until you return my money.

I count no contact/response as rude hence the 1 star

I rate this company as 1 as I include non response to email, not picking up the phone and no answerphone to leave a please contact me as an avoidance to bad customer service. Placed an order in late mid February and there’s still absolutely no sign of my order being delivered. Zero customer service despite the contact methods being on their webpage. Only order if you have some form of payment protection in place to ease any refund. I wish I had read all the other similar reviews before placing an order that was enticingly priced on the website (only £2 cheaper than other places but enough for me to give the business a chance!)
I will not be shopping with this business ever again.

really unbelievably bad

really unbelievable, I’m a British national but I live overseas and brought some cycling tires online from this company, they then replied and stated that they didn’t have them and do I want something different, so I choose something different then they didn’t have them so I asked for a full refund. They then didn’t refund me the full amount and I’ve been chasing them for the money they own me but the just keep ignoring me. The amount they own me is very small like a couple of pounds, I’m not really fussed about the money, and it’s more the principle that I have lost money for no product. Don't trust them!

poor communication and inventory management.

Many items shown in stock on their website but actually were not. After I placed my order then I have to spent over one month waiting them to order the item I wanted from their supplier and no advices from until I ask several times. Then, the worst part is, after over one month waiting, they ship me the wrong item. Which I already tell they that I don't want at the first beginning. The two items differ in specs and prices, they shipped the cheaper one to me but charged me the higher price.

Excellent

I had been unable to find a UK bike shop with a Tacx Neo turbo trainer in stock until I checked the Total Cycling web site. Problem was it was 10% more than on Wiggle. Quick phone call and they price-matched so I ordered. The trainer arrived a few days later. No problems.
