I had my glass conservatory roof replaced with a permanent tiled roof by Total Home NI.
What a great choice of company, from start to finish.
Marcin and staff were extremely helpful throughout the whole process and the finished job was exceptional.
It was quite a difficult conversion as my conservatory was butted against two walls, and I wanted two velux windows fitted.
The fitters completed the job in 2 days. The quality of their work was amazing and they left the place very tidy.

The following day two plasterers arrived. They masked off all the windows and covered the floor. Again, the standard of their work was incredible and they left the conservatory spotless.
I am so delighted with my new sun room.

Very happy with the composite door and windows that Total Homes installed in November. The work has transformed the appearance of the house. There were a few issues along the way but these were sorted out quickly.
Staff were friendly and very professional - Dom the surveyor, Marcin in the office and John & team who installed the door and windows.
While the lead in time from the survey to installation was longer than expected, I am very happy with the quality of products & work. I would certainly recommend using Total Home NI.

Total Home NI team were great to work with start to finish, they kept in touch to make sure that the work agreed at original sales matched survey and then order before being sent to factory. Like all jobs there are little things that fall out of bed when at construction stage but these were all sorted on the day and had no impact on me or the finished product. The Install Leader, Marcin, has been in touch since to make sure everything was still up to scratch. Marcin and his team a credit to the company and very happy with the product so far!

Wrong measurements, poor ‘after sales’ follow up and installation dates not met. Tried very hard to ‘rectify’ the issues but was a bit of a shambles all in.

I recently had windows, front door and French doors installed. The quality of the windows and doors is exceptional with all installed by extremely professional, neat and tidy tradesmen.

Absolutely delighted with my full house transformation, 2 beautiful pvc doors front and back and 13 windows in total. The fitting team were FANTASTIC, and even with a few surprises behind the walls along the way they managed everything so professionally and did a superb job in the tidy up. Nothing was a hassle to them! Thanks also to Damien and Louise for a seamless experience start to finish which was just under 8 weeks, and finally Marcin for the last finishing touch! My house now feels like the perfect 'warm ' home just in time for the cold. Love it!

Also to the excellent job the fitters did , very clean, prompt and thorough, fitted in 3 days, im totally over the moon with the improvements to my home, totally in love with my front door as well... Great service, no fuss, tidy job.

This was for a conservatory that first needed planning permission. There were some delays at first because usually no planning is needed. After planning was sorted (Marcin from TotalHome has helped a lot with this), they did reach out (Marcin again) and asked for a time that would work for replacing the old conservatory with this new one. There were some smaller issues when they were installing it (for instance a window glass unit with the wrong size) and Marcin again sorted the issue and got the right one. They worked very cleanly and always friendly. Even though it took longer than I thought at first, everything is now done and I would recommend TotalHome.

Poor poor fitting and service. No aftercare at all. Got them to install windows and fascia. Mould and spores appeared on all of our windows. We could hear every sound outside. Damp down all my walls. They came out and told me it was moisture in my house. I never had this issue with my old windows. 2 years of fighting with them and they finally come out and admit they didn't install the windows correctly by not filling the cavities around the windows. They also didn't fit the window trims which is why the windows were whistling.
They also discovered that the original fitter didn't put vents in my fascia hence the damp running down my walls.
When I justly asked for my repairs deposit back of £50 as it was through no fault of mine they ignored my email. I have also asked that they compensate me for having to redecorate the rooms with damp but again has fallen on deaf ears and I have been ignored.
I highly recommend going elsewhere

Unfortunately I was away when new windows and doors were fitted so had to rely on husband making sure all was OK; because of the very experienced and fastidious workers I had nothing to be concerned about as a perfect job has been completed
