DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIE AND GIVE FALSE INFORMATION & TAKE YOUR MONEY..I booked a Collosseum Tour via my hotel and the meeting point was at Touriststion Aracoeli. We got there bit early whilst we were waiting, we saw an advertisement for Pompeii tours day trips. We enquired about this, we would like to book this tour. We were told it’s a 7.30am couch trip to the Pompeii site, we would get there about 10.30am and we would have a whole day at Pompeii. We were told we would spend around 6 hours at Pompeii. On the day of the trip we arrived on time boarded the coach, while the coach was travelling the rep told us we would be going to and Lemon factory and onto Sorrento stopping there for a break. We got to Sorrento at 12.15pm and left at 1.15pm we got to Pompeii at 1.45pm and the tour started at 2.35pm. The tour guide rushed us the Pompeii ruins, we hardly got to see it properly. The tour guide took us back to the couch meeting point at 4.10pm. We were highly disappointed and I feel we were robbed of our money and expectations. The trip lasted at 1 hour 35 minutes at Pompeii, which cost €300 (£256) even the rep at the meeting point before boarding the coach told us we would be going straight to Pompeii and get 6 hours there. I spoke to other customers who were on this coach they were highly disappointed also and were given false information.

Martina is the best !!!!!! Love her she is amazing
Excellent visit if it weren't for the fact that today, May 16 at 1:30 pm the guard on duty at the exit of the Sistine Chapel commented on my way of dressing saying: "who let her in?! Look at this one how she is dressed!”. I specify that the dress was suitable except for the slightly lowered shoulder strap but not at all vulgar that I proceeded to raise before the comment received.
A great lack of respect!

This review focuses only on service from Touristation with the intention of helping others know what they might expect. Unfortunately, I cannot provide a review of Pompeii because we did not make it there.
I booked a trip with two friends at the Touristation office at Piazza Novona in Rome. The booking experience seemed straightforward and we left with tickets for a train that would connect to a bus in Naples and depart 10 minutes after our train's scheduled arrival in Naples. We provided phone numbers for all three travelers and were given a receipt with a hughlighted Touistation office phone number. Our train left Rome 50 minutes late. Nonetheless, when we arrived in Naples, we looked for the bus (unsuccessfully) and had the tourist office in the Naples station call the number on the receipt. They provided unclear information to the caller (a native Italian speaker who worked at the official information booth) so we searched for the bus again. Ultimately, we changed our plans and stayed in Naples for the day because we would have had very little time and a lot of added cost if we went on to Pompeii.
Even though we incurred additional costs to get to the return train station (Afragola) and we didn't use the bus tickets, we only asked for a refund for the 45 Euro per person ticket cost to enter Pompeii. After spending more than an hour in the office, Touristation only gave us a 20 Euro per person refund. They said the bus had tried to call us (though none of the three of us had a missed call or text message) and faulted us for not calling them. They even faulted us for having called the Touristation located at the Colosseo even though that was the number highlighted on the reciept.
The staff informed me that we should have let someone know we would arrive late whereas we expected that they would be aware of the train schedule that they booked and contact us. All in, it was incredibly disappointing and expensive.
We booked on a third party and there was no option to add an infant! Veronica and the other ladies were able to fix the ticketing situation while we watched the video! Grateful they were able to help us see the forum and colosseum!

Do not book guided tours at vatican museum. My guide left me right after entrance after the stairs. There was a crowd and even though she counted us at first and made even some stupid jokes etc waisting our time, right after stairs, I could hear her at first from earphones then disseapeared. I paid in vain for this tour and did not enjoy a minute walking on my own looking for them. And they do not refund money!

Our tour guide today Allesandro, St Callistus, was extremely friendly, very helpful and stopped to show us multiple destinations on the way including Appia Antica, Arco di Druso, Caracella baths and the Aurelian walls. I would recommend Allesandro to anyone looking to tour & visit Rome.

AVOID Upon arrival at the Go City office in Rome, I was informed that my pass had been cancelled. Despite presenting evidence of my purchase and successfully taking the first tour to the Vatican on September 27, the second tour for the Colosseum on September 28 remained cancelled. When I reached out for clarification, I was told that an inadvertent double booking resulted in the cancellation of both tours.
Since then, I have contacted Go City multiple times, including immediately after the incident, to request a refund for half of the ticket price. Additionally, I have requested that Tourstation, the provider, coordinate with Go City for the refund. Unfortunately, I have been continuously redirected by the customer service team, who repeatedly ask me to wait 24-48 hours to contact someone else. After 7 days of asking for help to get my money back they sent me a long email detailing everything I alleged to have done wrong and have offered nothing in return for cancelling the tour. I am persuing legal actions now.
