Stopped for buying tickets for colisseum. The staff was really helpful and particularly Marcella was so kind to understand all our needs and find the best solution for us!

I found a wonderful tourist office in Piazza Navona. The staff was very friendly and helped me with all my questions.

I was in Rome 2 weeks ago with my family, we went to Vatican Museums booking with this company: they are just in front of the entrance, easy to go inside. There are no words to describe the Museums just go there!

I visited the Vatican Museums boooking with this company about a week ago, I’ve gone to their office just in front of the entrance and all was smooth and easy. Inside their office I bought the upgrade to the guided tour, the guide was really super.

I visited tha Colosseum booking with this company one week ago. I've gone to their office. I had a immersive video quite interesting even if a little bit long. I've welcome by Martina, she was very helpful.

Very good experience everything as expected (and a bit more tho), we booked Colosseum tickets online and everything was smooth and easy, just make sure you read the information as the meeting point is not at Colosseum. Staff super helpful and professional

I booked a walking tour for Colosseum and Roman Forum in the afternoon. The instructions received at the metting point were clear. The staff was helpful, professional, and cheerful. Nice office with air conditioning that helped recover from the intense summer heat. Overall a pleasant and smooth experience.

Completely disorganised. Huge queues to get pre booked tickets and not enough staff on the desks serving. Been waiting 30 minutes now and still no nearer to getting our tickets. Avoid at all costs.

We booked with them Vico Caprarius and Trevi underground that is rather unusual place in Rome to visit, but what a surprise. And we booked it with this company: easy web site, nice meeting points and kind staff. Recommended

I visited the Pantheon boooking with them about a week ago, you have to go to their office in Piazza Navona you collect the ticket and have an explanation about what to do: Mira was quite patient and helpfull. higly recommended.

Stay away from them!!!! I got the Go City pass and make my reservations, I tried to cancel and I couldn't because they scanned my tickets almost a month before I travel . It is a scam!

When we finally found the place the ticket booth confirmed we were scammed. The tickets were 17€ only.

Minus 5 stars should be a possibility! I had booked Rome Colosseum & Palatine Hill tickets a month in advance. Now they cancel the Colosseum entrance and they propose refunding 10€ (not even per person, in total); when the Colosseum ticket is about 17€ per person, which, since it’s their problem for “system overbooking” should at least be the refund.
Nevertheless, no money would cover the frustration of having planned everything with enough anticipation for an intercontinental flight and a lifelong dream of visiting this place. I was able to get tickets with a different company at least. But from most reviews here, it seems it’s their common strategy to steal money from people.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I paid for 2 passes for 2 people, one for the Colosseum and the other for the Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel. Due to the fact my flight was delayed by hours I was not able to get my rental car until the next day, which unfortunately meant I was unable to pick up the ticket for the Vatican. I attempted to get a refund due to the fact the circumstances were out of my power and was told they absolutely would not provide a refund. I purchased these tickets through GoCity Pass and was told that the Touristation Office had scanned my tickets as a no show at 9 a.m. which I thought was odd as my reservation wasn't until 3:45 P.M.

I would advise against using these scammers. It is much cheaper to buy the tickets on site and you don't have to deal with these people. Don't lose your money like I did. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!

Carolina & Erika could not have been more patient and understanding when I arrived. They patiently took my situation and turned it around to the most pleasant experience! They work hard and are professional. Very capable an working with many people at once!

Unclear instructions. Extremely rude owner. She yelled at us to get in line, refusing to even allow us to ask any questions. Our tour guide called out sick so we got bookes to the afternoon slot in which they packed us all in like sardines into a media room to watch some crappy video of Rome. Tour was supposed to start at 3. Didn't start till past 3:30. Waited around wasting time. Horrible experience.

What we were sold was very vague. It said we would receive an audio guide but it was only for one part and not made clear. They rush through the description when you get to the station as if the customer is an inconvenience. All stations should serve you but if you go to the wrong station they shrug you off to another one. We found them very rude, unhelpful and not tourist friendly. Other companies on our trip were much better. Avoid this one.

Advise to buy tickets yourself in the website of the attractions or another tour. This is the worst, they try to rip you off.. we were sold an guided tour and they just gave us the tickets and charge us £€23 for a €13 ticket… the people that work there are super rude.. and explanations are vague…. Another ticket for the Vatican they didn’t explain the locations and we went to the wrong place they said we lost the slot and made us buy another ticket.. beware of the way they try to sell you the things they are not honest
