Well organized. Everything flowed smoothly. Appreciated how our guide (Yael) took time to read the scripture passages connected with the places we visited (e.g. Jesus’ baptism, temptation, etc). Nice touch!

Suggestion: have signboard or banner at hotel indicating where to gather. Can be tricky with so many tour groups meeting at same place.

Our tour guide was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. All of our drivers and coordinators made us feel secure as we navigated our journeys throughout Israel and Jordan. The camp we stayed at was very nice and clean. The entire trip was worth the price, and I would suggest Tourist Israel to any of my family and friends!

First it was our tour guide, Yael, she is awesome, fun and informative. Loved hanging around and learning about the sights with her.

Well organised - our guide Karem in Jordan was fantastic. Just wish I had done the 2 day trip - way too much to see in one day

Guide was great...took her time explaining and so many samples I felt I ate lunch...they were all very different which really gave you a good example if the different flavors, etc.

Yael was very enthusiastic and informative. She knew about good places to stop and taste great food!

Yeal was a great guide a d she was very knowledgeable, answered questions and told great stories.

Actually we would like to give 4 1/2 stars because practically everything was well organized. We really enjoyed every moment of the itinerary and had a great time with our guide Mithqal (hope this is the correct spelling). We are not giving all 5 starts since we didn't like how the programme changed in Akaba; there was nothing else that was already included in the ticket; we could only choose extra-cost activities (private beach, boat ride, or lunch with local cuisine). We decided to go for the private beach and enjoyed it.

If given the chance, we would select the same provider and itinerary once more.

The tour brought me back in time!

First of all, the 2-day tour to Jaresh, Mt Nebo and Petra was not as advertised. One of the main reasons I book this tour was to visit Mt, Nebo, but our itinerary was apparently changed without any notice. Secondly, at the crossing from Israel into Jordan, there was a lot of confusion. The person who met us at the Crossing, held up a sign that said Jordan Tours, but no one told us to expect a person from Jordan Tours to be meeting us. The communication was not always good.

We really enjoyed this tour. Ahmed did a great job of teaching our group and making sure we were comfortable.

This tour has a little bit of everything and was a great way to tour and understand these incredible areas without having the worry or stress associated with it.

The stay at Wadi Rum was cool and unique. Riding camels in the desert was super cool, and Petra! Wow!

Our experience was more than great, the punctuality and professionalism of our drivers Amouri and Deud as well as our guide Avad were excellent, they were on the phone with us all the time from the beginning. The guide showed us every important site inside Jerusalem. I can recommend without hesitation to do this experience.

It was a great experience! The driver was very helpful. She tried her best to get me near my hotel even though the roads near were closed due to Pride!

Very good food - and very much! Would have been good to know in advance that we were going not just to taste but to eat a lot!
Please put a better plate at the meeting point, many people didn't see it - and the guide actually showed up on the other side of the building

Location location location. Jerusalem tower is in the perfect location. You can pretty much walk almost anywhere from there.
Only negative is we checked in on Shabbat and as a result did not get a room until 23:00 after a full day of tours we were exhausted. If we would have known we would have stayed the extra night in Tel Viv

The VIP departure service was everything promised - and more. Our concierge, Vadim, met us early at the exact spot required. He arranged for the porter for our 10 large suitcases. He took our passports in hand and took care of every step quickly and quietly. He supervised the check in of our baggage and personally took us to our gate. I highly recommend! The total process took only one (1) hour.

The transportation was great, The drivers, tour Guide, Hotel,and the service was great in Egypt. George, Peter, Ahmed, all of them treat us the best they could!! Theya are awsomw!! We knew sone of the more important turist places there and the explanation was great. To improve I will say that isimportant to explain about the payment for the permit to leave Israel and the Visa to Egypt, but otherwise amazing!!! I needed more days in Egypt!!!

The whole Tourist Israel 10-day Israel Christian tour package was great
(May 19-28, 2023 [with 2 days airport transfers]). Tour Guides were kind and knowledgeable. Recommended hotels were nice and clean, although a little far from the tour pick-up points. Wishing there was more time spent at significant Christian sites for personal reflection.
