Our tour guide, Ori, is what made our experience great. Ori had a great energy and was very knowledgeable about the subject matter. I wish the tour lasted longer because we had a lot of fun with Ori. He made us laugh and gave us a lot of extra interesting insight. He also went out of his way to show us some hidden spots and make the tour extra special. I would 100% recommend a tour with Ori!
I wish you all the best Melech Ori! :)
Gili, the guide was wonderful. She made the experience very interesting with many historical facts as well as making sure the tour runs smooth.
Reason one star was deducted has to do with the loud noise of the bus. It needs serious maintenance.
Thorough walking tour of Jerusalem with a knowledgeable and extremely personable guide, we learnt a lot and nothing was too much trouble. Bit of confusion with buses on the way back but we ended up in a much less crowded bus than we would have done, thank you!
The organisation was great, a representative was there to help getting through border crossing and our guide while in Jordan was wonderful - he was very knowledgeable, excited to show us the beautiful country and a lovely person. The sights were incredible and staying overnight in the desert was unforgettable. Thank you for having me 🙏

Allen was fantastic. His knowledge of the history of Jerusalem and afar was impressive. He is what we would call in Ireland a Seanchaí- a great story teller. His information and insight was balanced and unbiased catering for a group of all faiths and none. We had a fabulous day.

The experience was very good! Petra in Wadi Rum are amazing, and the accomodations and transportation were great. The best option we found to explore Jordan from Israel.
A couple of changes could've made the experience great:
- The tour guide certainly knows a lot from all the places, but he's not very good in passing the information. He focused a lot on the practical details (time, meeting point). The communication on history was a bit confusing, don't know if because of language or just mixing up too much information and not giving much space for questions. This and the little time given to explore Petra where the reasons we chose to go without the tour. We wanted to see the Monastery, which we hear we wouldn't be able to do if we followed the guide and group. It took us one hour to go up, stay a bit there and then down (but we went super fast and it was exausting on the way up). Maybe we would've had time for the tour after all. I missed learning about the place, and whised I could trust the time with the guide would've been time well spent.
- There are a couple of stops on the way in gift shops which could be avoided, and we could've been given more time to explore the best places: Wadi Rum and Petra.
- The first stop which is Acqaba was very frustrating. I felt disrespected with the offers of extra activities. Seemed like we stopped there only for you to sell us more. We stayed the same time there as in Petra. We where told upon arrival we would spend 3h there, and the guide offered us 3 different options of paid activities, none of which where mentioned when booking. If you don't want to go for one of the ad-ons, you're left to explore the city with no reccomendations of what to do or see, and there's not much. I'd recommend you get some hummus on a local restaurant for USD 3 per person, get a coffee at the fancy coffee shop near the shore, and check the public beach. But I'd rather skip this and go straight to Wadi Rum. Would've been a lot nicer just to chill on the campsite which is stunning.
- The bus from Tel Aviv to the border isn't very confortable. The one we travelled in Jordan is way better! Wished it where the same, since we spend more time in the bus in Israel and it's good to sleep on it to later enjoy the day.
Some highlights:
- Petra and Wadi Rum per se
- The campsite in Wadi Rum is wonderfull! Food is great. Staff are great!
- All very well organized, apart from Acqaba
- Stargazing experience is a must! We loved it. Super well organized with brillant staff. Try to go during new moon to see more stars with the naked eye. But when moon is out you get the chance to see it on the telescope. Also saturn and many other stars.
- Camel ride on sunset was very fun.
Idea for Tourist Israel:
The first day could be going straight from the border to Petra. Arrive early and enjoy 5h there. Go to Wadi Rum at dinner time. Camel ride in sunrise, jeep ride before noon, then back.

Tourist Israel made everything SO easy!
Our tourguide Kareem was very knowledgeable, engaging, & fun!
It was a very long day; however, that's due to the closest border entrance being in Eilat.
If you're looking to go to Petra 100% recommend!

The trip to Petra was worth it. However we were told it would only be 25 people but actually it was double that amount!.
There was also a hidden charge that we wasn’t notified about prior to reaching the Jordanian border wheee the Israel’s also charged $60 each to leave the country!
Scandalous!
Once in Petra.. the views are amazing. So we’ll worth the visit

This was one of our favorite days in Israel, and it was largely because of Allan Younger, our outstanding tour guide for the day!! He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, accommodating, and creative in his historical story-telling. The day flew by! He was hands-down the best guide we had all week! Allan is fantastic.
The highlight for us was walking from the Mount of Olives into Jerusalem on Jesus’ “Triumphal Entry” route. Allan also took us to a delicious lunch spot that we enjoyed so much, we visited it again the next day.

Amazing experience!
Jackie is an incredible tour guide.
He made the entire tour, from the bus ride to Masada and the Dead Sea, come alive.
Would highly recommend this tour, though maybe not when it's 100° F.

What an experience! It was my first time in Israel and Tourist Israel made it a point to be a memorable one.
We went to Galilee, Nazareth, and Jordan River and we had the most amazing time with Avi, our tour guide and Mustafa, our driver.
Avi is very knowledgable about everything we saw and everywhere we went. I really learned a lot during the tour and I wish I could have stayed longer in Israel.
Plus points for Avi for giving us a glimpse of how the Torah is recited.
I would definitely recommend Tourist Israel to my friends and relatives who are planning to go to Israel. They offer the most affordable yet worthy packages.
The van/bus is high class and very comfortable. The places we went to are quite far from each other but because of how comfy the van is, I didn't mind the distance.

This was a great experience. We took the bus from Jerusalem to Petra. This is a very long ride all together. You have to be really patient. Even the process of paying borders and visa fees and crossing the border also takes time. Be patient. Bus drops you off at border and then you walk across. I recommend doing a backpack and not a luggage. After you get picked up you go to Aqaba first. They give you 3 options on how to spend your lunch hour. Restaurant/resort/boating. Which are not included in price. Afterwards you check in to your Glamping. Which was a very well kept camp site..very clean. We had regular rooms and the Martian tent. Difference is the Martian has a very beautiful view of the mountains. And a little bit more luxury. It really depends on you if you wanna spend the extra money. We did the camel sunset ride, which was amazing. We also did the star gazing which was really cool if you are into stars and planets. Dinner and breakfast is included. Drinks and water are not included. Next day was Petra. This is a timed tour you will not have enough time to see the whole Petra. It will be impossible with any tour. The whole thing will take like 8 hours round trip walking. If you want to see most of it you might have to leave your group and explore on your own. And walk faster. And if you are with kids I highly recommend bringing extra money, like $30 per person for the shuttle back. Under that sun the kids will be troublesome. Lunch was included in this tour. Our driver and Tour guide were amazing. Tourist Israel does a great job. Highly recommend.
