I ordered 2 subwoofer modules Atohm S250X for my hifi project, but TLHP only had one in stock, so I had to wait longer. Then my order arrived OK.

This company violated EU return policy by refusing a refund on a perfectly new speaker.

Edit: TLHP claims there were signs of use, but cannot specify or prove said signs.

This is not someone you should trust your payment details with. We ordered 6 drivers in october. 8 was in stock. Nothing was sent, until we got a notice they had only 4. They refused to ship the 4 units until we paid an additional fee to get the remaining 2. It is now almost january, and nothing has been shipped yet.

As you all can see, the 4 units are still not shipped, despite the order is fully paid for.

Everything done as expected, the package arrived before the time and in great condition, the technical support is toughtful too

I bought the loudspeaker Supravox 400-2000 EXC, 8 ohm, 40 cm for 985 e.
The driver has a lot of noise. The 400-2000 some times sounds like klak-klak and some times like scratch-scratch, and the other times sounds well. The noise comes from voice coil.
The loudspeaker reach 70°C plus, running at 15V during its use. I do not want to hear music with the air conditioner on. The loudspeaker is installed in an open buffle and it is dangerous to burn everyone's hands. Every product that has a home use, must have a protective grid, if it exceeds 50° C. The product is dangerous to anyone who touches it. And the manufacturer must warn in large letters about this. The manufacturer does not write in the specifications that his loudspeaker reach 70°C.
Immediately I sent the driver back, as defective and because it has unrecorded specifications. But TLΗP don't has any garanty and i paid 68e for shipping costs, because the THLP does not cover the refund costs!! In year 2019 there are shops that don't have garanty of defective products!!! After market they don't know you!! Moreover, they spoke to me in an ugly way.
Supravox sayed to me that they did not get any money from me, and the TLHP sayed that the Supravox is responsible for the specifications.
And now they are not returning my 985 euro.

Ordered a repair kit for seas tweeter. After unpacking I saw, that one voice coil plate has an defect. I did a complaint with picture via Email. They requested me to send the defect part back at my own costs and wrote me that the part ok as TLHP sent it to me. very customer unfriendly! I will never place a order at TLHP.

Excellent service. I have ordered twice and both of them were sent the very same day and arrived with the carrier within 5!!! days to Hungary.
Not to mention that they had the best price for that product within EU.

I ordered a pair of speakers and I'm still waiting for them 4 weeks later. I don't know what the first delivery company they used (because they will not give me the details of the company) but they, supposedly, arrived at my door when I was not in. They left no note to say they had been. I'm not sure I believe they got here. TLHP did not tell me they we on their way or that delivery failed. After some wrangling. I was then expected to sit at home 24 hours a day for the next delivery attempt using a different company (with no contact details again). Supposedly 24/96 hour delivery, its two weeks later and not only have they not arrived but there is still no indication when they will arrive. I had to cancel my summer holidays to wait in. Not happy. They are not using FedEx. They are using a French logistics company that offloads the delivery to an unknown partner.

I purchased a speaker unit from toutlehautparleur.com (France) (Previously known as TeamAudio). and had it delivered on my address two days later in Denmark via FedEx. I could not find a better price on this speaker throughout Europe!
Great price and superb international delivery.
I will highly recommend this shop to others.
