I wish I had seen this before purchase. Zero out of zero. Horrid customer service. Lady screamed like she wanted to punch me. I ended the call as I suffer from anxiety.

Please do not give them your money.

Trying to return a vacuum cleaner purchased from Toyourhome through Amazon. This is not my main vacuum cleaner and so has only been used 8 times for very light duties, it is not fit for purpose and doesn't even pick up crumbs from vinyl floor let alone carpet. I tried to contact the seller for return through Amazon but they have closed my return request with a reason: Solved a technical issue. I have not had any contact from them about this faulty vacuum cleaner, tried to find a phone number to call them on but cannot find one. Looks like I am just the last customer to be disappointed with their customer service and vacuum cleaners. Amazon really should monitor rouge sellers, as these guys seem to be able to get away with closing disputes with completely false reasons!

Bought a faulty vacuum from this company. They refused to cover return postage and stopped replying to my emails. Thankfully, Amazon stepped in but stay away from this company at all costs. It appears others have had other experiences reading reviews.

Nov 2020 update - they are now trying to say my review is not about them to have it taken down. Lies. Stay WELL away from these cowboys.

Absolutely the worse company I have ever had the displeasure of buying from - without exception!

Had an issue with an item bought from this company. Contacted them and the problem was resolved without any hassle. I'm happy with my purchase and can recommend themselves.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Item arrived missing 1 part - informed company who wanted £9.99 to replace one tiny piece of plastic and would not take ownership for their mistake!

Not only that, the customer services were abhorrently rude and genuinely laughable - won't be long before this company goes under.

If you think one of their items is a good price - there is a reason for that. The bin I bought looks well better online. cheap and nasty in person and the electronics are already breaking on it after very limited use

Absolutely appalling customer service, do not buy from them, ever! Having bought a kitchen bin which I needed to return due to being faulty only after a couple of days I had to go through PayPal resolution centre. Initially, To Your Home Ltd seemed to respond to the PayPal claim however as expected they did not acknowledge receipt of the returned goods, and I've had to provide extra evidence and dispute the initial PayPal dispute outcome to get my full refund. Absolutely disgusted!

Everyone is right. Rude customer service and shoddy products.

Their products break and then they accuse you of breaking it?

I tried to explain that my father could not have been the one to break it being ill and I said I am the one who uses the product so know I didn't break it as I am my father's carer to be told "YOU ARE NOT THE ONLY ONE"

The phone conversation was cut off and the customer service team member ENDED IT. How EXTREMELY RUDE.

My first and last experience from this company with pathetic customer services and their use of Hermes another pathetic delivery service.
They are not refunding bthe product not received as they are awaiting their delivery team to deliver nit back to them.
Their contact number doesn't gets picked up at all.
Don't buy anything from them.

Tap 5 months old but plumber has been back twice as it keeps coming loose. Was sent a replacement tap minus the handles and told to
take handles off of the existing tap and fix them to replacement
tap - the replacement tap was badly scratched and had a really
bad dig at the base. So I was expected to repair my own tap
which a damaged part. They are now going to collect this
damaged part from me but have no other taps of this model in stock
so now they want me to hire a plumber to take off my tap and send it back to them for them to repair. I don't know what they expect me
to do for the 3 weeks it will take them to repair - so they have paid out for a faulty part to be delivered and collected by Hermes - they are then going to repair a tap and redeliver it - all this for a tap which only cost £27 in the first place. what a way to run a business

Ordered a Dihl 21 bottle dual climate wine cooler at 3.45pm on a Tuesday and it was delivered to my front door 9.00am on Wednesday.
Had it for 2 months now and it is working perfectly! Installed it between two units in my kitchen and it look the business! The blue internal light is a brilliant finishing touch as well!
Good work! Keep it up!
