To Your Home Ltd Reviews 

I have used To Your Home on a number of occasions and have never had a problem. That is until my most recent purchase.
I only received half of my order, 200 envelopes instead of 400.
I have contacted them once via their online chat on the website, once by email and twice by phone and left a message each time with my order number and contact phone number. As of yet, almost a month after my order was only half delivered I haven't heard anything back from them.
I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I found this company really good to deal with. I bought a sensor kitchen bin from them (2nd time in several years) but the lid did not fit the bin casing which was bizarre as the bin casing was not damaged. Nathan, their customer support person was more than helpful. He is arranging a replacement bin casing immediately. I also live in a very remote and rural area with no Evir drop off point within 80 miles of where I live. Nathan said I did not need to return the casing. All in all, a hassle free experience. Thank you to the company and will highly recommend.

Made a mistake on an order and had to cancel it. I contacted them next morning, on the link provided, and they stopped the delivery and refunded me within an hour. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service. So good, so polite. I have bookmarked their website.

Had a problem with our DIHL motion sensor bin lid. Contacted seller by email. Received reply same day and new lid dispatched immediately. Absolutely superb service and 5+ star customer service. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again in the future. Thank you very much

Ordered from this company through the range at first, was very happy with their service so I've started ordering through their website. I order mailing bags, great value and good quality. Also fast delivery.

I have a sensor bin from a different manufacturer and needed a replacement as the motor had gone. I came across the Dihl lid which is, apparently, compatible. So I ordered it. Not only is the lid compatible, it is actually an enormous improvement over the original! It stays open for longer so that family do not have to risk having their hands snapped at when popping rubbish in the bin but even better, there is an option to press a button and have the lid open for as long as is required. Delivery was very fast and item was well packaged, price competitive. I know I am very sad to have become so excited by a bin lid, but there we are.

I had bought a product from To Your Home just under 12 months ago. It's a great product but developed a fault. I emailed them on a Sunday, had a response by Monday morning telling me to expect a replacement in a few days, and it arrived on Wednesday. Things go wrong from time to time, but this was a perfect response from the support team at To You Home.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Nathan sorted out the issue within 3 days. A great company that definitely has its customer base at the front of everything it does. Thank you. I will surely be recommending.

Don’t buy from ToYourHomeLtd .. I bought this bin through Amazon and thought they only used reputable companies but I guess not.. I purchased this bin on 18 October 2022 ( two months old) and the mechanism fell apart..you can see on pictures on Amazon review that I left on there . Contacted seller and sent them pictures they requested and then was told it was buyers damage and they would not be refunding or replacing even though it will have a years warranty on it.. this bin was very expensive at £59.99 but built with very cheap and fragile materials.. Beware and remember the name ToYourHomeLtd.

Unfortunately required a new lid for our bin. Nathan was very helpful in helping my partner by providing quick replies and advice, as well as sending out a replacement when these avenues were exhausted.

i needed help with a tiny part of an appliance that i had stupidly lost. Nathan at To Your Home ltd could not have been faster to try to help and also actually come up with a replacement.

Had an issue with my auto bin lid where an integral peice had broken off resulting in the lid not opening. Bought it from To Your Home Ltd Nov 21. I asked if the item came with a warranty, not expecting any sort of reply. Within days, Nathan had replied and with no fuss at all, sent me a new lid.
Fantastic customer service amd would thoroughly recommend them, particularly Nathan who sorted the whole issue very quickly and kept me informed at every point.

Although there was an initial problem with identifying the correct replacement lid on their website, the orinkem has been promptly and easily resolved thanks to the help from Nathan.

I wanted a more up-to-date Chromebook.
My [2nd] old one had reached its age limit, meaning no more automatic online updates would be provided, but someone else wanted it.
So I decided on a third Acer, a 2018 model but with June 2026 as its Automatic Update Expiry. NLA new so s/h a must. From where?
Amazon Warehouse had several VG. Maybe its customer surveillance acted to exploit my prolonged interest. Before I finally decided to order, AW upped its price by £16!
So I took a chance on To Your Home Ltd, seller of an unusual mix of products.
Ordered at a nice price at dawn Tuesday, it arrived by DPD Thursday afternoon.
“LIKE NEW” was the promise. Indeed it was, bar the missing manual, available online. Never used or even charged, I concluded.
Eight months later, this is a delayed Thank You, To Your Home Ltd.

I bought a 42L bin through Amazon which stopped working after 8 months. I was given a return label however when received the item Your Home Delivery refused to refund stating that I should not return tge item to start with, then it shows wear and tear (obviously used for 8 months). Even though it stated 1 year warranty they are still refusing to refund. Customer service only brush you off with no customer care in mind

Amazing service and aftercare. Purchased a kettle and needed a replacement. One was issued immediately. Most impressive.

I bought a 75 litre bin through Groupon. Barely a month laster the bin lid would barely open. Groupon would allow me to return for refund, but how on earth do you return something so huge (and then be without a bin), so I contacted DIHL to try and obtain a spare lid. They won't sell a lid of my model, only full bin. This was over £100, so not a cheap item. Avoid.

I purchased a Dahl electric kettle which developed a fault. I emailed Toyourhome informing them about my problem. I received an instant reply offering me a replacement kettle. I’m extremely impressed with the customer service provided which in my opinion is comparable and probably surpasses that offered by larger retailers. I’d definitely buy with confidence from this company and will do in the future.
