Arrived on time and everything was fine.

Ordered a bike for my daughter's bday on 16th Feb 2021, the discretion said it would be sent within 2-4 working days, it is now the 1st March my daughter's bday is less then a week with no bike in sight, no confirmation of shipping, I have sent emails and called it just rings to a voicemail. Disgusting customer service! Gonna have one very unhappy little girl on her bday since I can't even get my money intone to buy her a new one

Ordered a pop vinyl off their eBay page, came very fast, but the box had dents all over it when it arrived because they didn’t put anything in the box to protect it (just some paper to stop it from moving freely in the box).
Also noticed the bottom of the box was already popped open and there was dust all over the pop and a big brown mark on the back of his head, this pop has definitely been out of the box and is in no way a collectable condition. So I won’t be buying pops online from toys r us anymore.

These guys are amazing! I bought Godhand Ultra Bladeless Nippers for LESS THAN HALF PRICE of what they were going for at most Hobby shops. Included free postage and they delivered them within two days of my placing the order. Doesn't get any better than that. Highly recommended!

Beware of shopping with toys r us online. The customer service is absolutely disgusting. I dealt with Tom who provided false information and lied about receiving emails. I cancelled orders, following Toms advice , the orders were then sent to me and now toys r us won’t cover return post costs. The worst customer service I’ve ver received. Shame on you toys r us!!

Another brand that used to be good now taking advantage of customers non-stop with inferior products, exorbitant prices and zero replacement, warranty or service response. Toys R Us Don't buy if you don't want to get RIPPED OFF!
