Right before Christmas…
Right before Christmas they had to get the shipping wrong! Despite sending multiple emails to ensure that the address for our order was correct, T R U still sent the package 3000km in the wrong direction! And guess who pays the delivery charges... twice now!

Delayed shipping, no customer service

I am having the same experience as the previous lady who has left a review. I placed an order. Funds have been taken. I have tried to call the number on the website. No one answers. I have sent numerous emails to make contact with no reply.
Can any please help with a contact ? These are also Christmas presents for my grandkids who I have not seen all year due to covid. I am feeling so sick about this order now.

I placed an order almost two weeks ago, have had no confirmation of postage and have sent numerous emails with no reply, I can’t find any contact number to call as they are all either disconnected or “user busy” very disappointed as these are Christmas gifts. Unsure how to even speak to anyone for a refund as it seems they can’t be contacted
