A nice platform to buy products. It’s highly recommended.

Never signed up for a membership and have been charged initially 8.55 and now 43.81.

Only tried to purchase a bubble machine I saw on TikTok for my daughter.

I have been chatting them up and telling me they cant refund my money.

You just get signed on membership when you try to purchase an item. Totally unacceptable

I am so furious and want my money back.

They are a scammer company as the first company was amazing store when i clicked on it took me to toyzone then i clicked on that one then it took me toys and sea as I didn't signed up for a membership as I saw something on tiktok so I clicked on it me to toyzone and toysite I payed £4.95 then it took me to another site bolluxe to pay £2.00 but I pressed cancelled on the bolluxe and now they won't refund me as im not a member

Having somehow signed up for Toyszone!!!! Have been bombarded with bank charged fees. After complaining several ways,they stopped my membership and returned part of it. I'm still waiting for another monthly repayment. Holding my breath. SCAM.

Initially i was extremely disappointed with the situation i encountered with the company.

But i was contacted yesterday afternoon, by a very friendly lady (Violet) from the UK, & she explained everything to me.
I told her what happened & my experience with the company. But we resolved the issue. Thank you kindly

I was signing up for Temu but didn't realise the page had changed to Toyzone I immediately tried to cancel and have tried to cancel on 5 different occasions since, each time receiving a account cancelled email. Over the last 4 weeks they have continued to take money in drips and drabs 21p upto £19 under different name forms but all containing 'Toyzone'. consider it a scam! Toyzone.site as now replied to me via trust pilot they don’t even claim it’s not them giving me false information. If trust pilot want to see their emails I will copy them to you. My bank as considered them a scam and have returned the £60 they have taken.
Jan 15th, received email from Toyzone saying delete review and we will return your money….BLACK MAIL or what, Cyprus's officialdome need to be made aware! Scammers!

This company is still contacting me by text, by email and by phone? Almost demanding l delete this review! Sorry toyzone but you’ve picked on the wrong person, if you contact me again I will take it further exposing you to all authorities.
Since this review I have on regular intervals received an email from this company some times in the strongest of terms, asking me to delete my post for the return of my money. The last one was within the last week. Now I understand that they have asked trust pilot to review the post because it’s illegal and defamatory. I want to reconfirm that my original post is true and request that trust pilot do what they reportedly do and remain bias free and politically neutral. (23/10/2025)
