I was truly impressed with the service that Jack provided. Finding his number online, I wasn't too sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised with his knowledge and professionalism in addition to his determination to get to the route of the problem and to fix it as soon as possible. Jack not only came round on the same day to give me a free consultation, he also moved some things around in order to come to my house earlier on a second visit which he didn't have to do and it really helped me out. He accommodates around your schedule and is always happy to answer a question straight away with as much advice as he can give. I can't recommend Jack enough - he truly is an expert at what he does and a very friendly and helpful individual.

Jack from Tracker Pest Control is 1st class. With in an hour of calling him late on a Friday night he was at the door. He quickly identified that we had an uninvited house guest and went to work laying bait, he thoroughly inspected our property for points of entry and told us how and what we needed to do to block them up. He explained everything he had done and what he needed to do very clearly and paid special attention to the fact we have young children and a dog so his attention to safety was impeccable. We have had issues in the past with rodents however the previous person we called only laid bait and left! I would highly recommend Jack he is a true professional and not out to rip you off. I had called another firm just before finding Jacks details and they wanted to charge £390 excluding VAT!!!! So all round Jack from Tracker Pest Control is the best hands down.

Jack was excellent. He put me at ease despite being petrified. He explained the reasons why we had mice and how they had gotten into the house.

What a lovely, polite and professional man Jack is. We had a major problem with a flea infestation in the house. Contacted Jack as a matter of urgency and his response was amazing! He arrived at 7am the following morning and treated all of the soft furnishings and every rug, carpet and surface where they could be. I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack and his company Tracker Pest Control to anybody.

Great service. Jack came straight out to deal with our hornets nest in the loft. He was well equipped and very well informed about the process and our safety . I can't recommend the service highly enough .

Contacted Tracker Pest Control on bank holiday Monday and Jack came round first thing next morning to deal with a wasp nest in our loft. He said he would come back if needed but haven't seen any wasps since an hour after Jack left.

Excellent service. Jack knew exactly what he was talking about. Very pleasant, professional and helpful and he even took his shoes off to come in the house!! Obliterated our false black widow problem and even cleaned out the conservatory gutter for us! Thank you Jack.

Found a wasp infestation in the garden which was a grave concern given my son loves playing in the garden all day. Jack immediately responded and was around that same evening to treat the problem quickly and professionally. I was kept informed of what was happening and the tretaments used so i could feel comfortable with the work. Whilst in the process of treating the wasp problem Jack found a large ants nest which he was also able to treat that the same evening which shows just how thorough he is. Been 2 days and not seen a wasp or ant since. Would highly recommend to anyone.
