Ordered the beginning of April tracked til may9th .It says delivered but we never received a package! I wish I knew before hand about these scammers.

Ordered in 3 April checked every seco d day for status. It says delivered 5th may at 9.18am at mailbox/courtyard. I live in a flat above a chipper only way to my place is the steps at back of building. If no answer to door ring the bloody number on the order or leave a calling card stating where the parcel is. Stated 9-12 days delivery over a month now plus you pay shipping insurance!!!! FOR WHAT

I find it absolutely insulting to everyone in the USA who gets involved with companies in China using Track 654! This company doesn't even deserve to be scored it's so bad! It's a total scam!
US-MOUNE is the company using Track 654 and they are a scam as well! Big Time Scammers! I would advise people to NEVER order from popup companies on Facebook, YouTube, and others.

Track654 and westonsstoer are scamming everyone. They offered me a full refund and now they are saying it’s my fault I didnt supply them with the correct delivery address, like I wouldn’t know my own address. I’ve checked my billing and account address provided and they are both correct. Do not fall for excessively cheap clothing or anything offered on websites that are very underpriced unless you are familiar with the website.

I placed an order on April 4, 2023. I've been tracking my package for over 30 days. Today I looked and it says my package was delivered but to who?! My credit info IS my address, so what's the excuse. Times are hard and people want to support businesses only to be screwed over. If I can help it, I'll never use any company that use this shipping company.

I placed my order April 2, 2023. I didn't expect the nonsense of getting scammed but I must be gullible. This is a if it looks too good to be true website the language for the order is German and I asked for an English version. No response.

Ordered from alonglet.com, said package was delivered today but nothing to show for it. I don't know if the company is a scam or just m the tracking company is a scam either way super pissed and demanding a full refund.

If I had the option to leave negative stars I would. I also fell for the Macy fraud. I had placed an order with them really like their stuff so I went back a few days later and placed another order thinking. Get ready to go on a cruise. In May I ordered this stuff? In February send Debbie uh never got my order contacted their customer service. What I be willing to sign for it this time cause. I said it was delivered no it was not fine. I'll sign for it. I just checked again and decided telling me that it was delivered on the 2nd of May b******* it was not delivered. Fraud fraud fraud fraud.

I ordered from them in March 2023 I tracked the package using Track654 it said it was delivered and I never received a package. I contacted customer service Dolly and they said they will reship the order. Again I tracked it and 39 days later it say it was delivered. Guess what no package was received. Now they are offering me a 60% refund saying my address is incorrect but then in the same email saying thst the package was signed for. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM ANYTHING SHOWN ON FACEBOOK. BE CAREFUL LADIES ...

Why are these people allowed to do this. Come on Google. We need your help to stop them. They are thieves.

This company is an absolute fraud. It does not exist, nor do most of the companies that they ship from exist. Two times I have ordered from them, the second time being a repeat of the first order, because they said it was delivered, but I never received it. The tracking instructions, they send you are extremely vague. They never give you cities, post offices, ZIP Codes, etc. All they tell you is that it has been delivered and it is not their problem. I just received notification from them that because of the issue, they are going to offer me an 80% refund. I told them that is not acceptable and I will only accept 100%, plus I let them know that they are perpetrating mail fraud in the United States, which is a Punishable offense via prison and/or a hefty fine. Definitely stay away from any company that uses this shipping company. It is 100% a scam.

Package says delivered, never received it, should have read reviews prior to ordering, will know better now.

I also followed a link on fb a company called onewholesale.com they supposedly shipped thru this fake parcel service tracking 654 says delivered of course never got it....how is fb not some what responsible its like everything on there is a shady f******hustle...I really kinda wish there was no fb it's made me lose faith in humanity...it ain't right the s*** going on with this social media site someone needs to b held accountable

In regards to an order placed with Shein over a month ago, after 30 days, Tracking 674 has shown it delivered. Total BS.
I am wheelchair bound, and been sitting here all day. No deliveries. I live on a farm, the closest neighbor is half a mile away, so that excuse is out.
I've filed on Shein, and now let's see what can be done about this thief.
I've had three Chinese vendors that have used this mess, and I've filed on them all. This has gotten out of hand.

I've Made All The Emails Etc. On Day 29 now. Tomorrow, I'll Request My Bank Reverse Charges. I Won't Waste Time With Tracking 654 or SUPPOSEDLY MACY'S !!!
