Having now read the other reviews, this is just another one with the same experience. As I was keen to receive the item I had purchased I checked the courier company TRACK654 website everyday and was impressed with the data that they provided and was pleased when I saw that my item was finally marked as out for home delivery. I still checked the courier website everyday and was surprised that on 1st May I read that my item had allegedly been delivered on 27th April, a data entry that had not appeared on the courier's website on 27/28/29 or 30th April. The item I purchased was a guitar, so the package would have been quite large. Furthermore we were home all day and have a long driveway with cameras and a great guard dog who does not miss a thing. In short the package was 100% not delivered. I contacted the seller DILLZABIT who apologised but said that they had spoken with TRACK654 who maintained that the delivery took place and would not compensate DILLAZABIT. DILLZABIT offered to send the item again as a "gesture of good will" , which I accepted but since my acceptance I have heard nothing. I have also tried to contact TRACK654 to request proof of delivery but not surprisingly there is no way of contacting them. A quick look on Scamdoc or Scam Watcher strongly suggests that TRACK654 are in fact a bogus company set up to deceive. That of course suggests that the sellers who use TRACK654, (Thanks DILLZABIT) are in fact complicit in the scam .

The package was not delivered, but the system say’s delivered. This is the second time and feel like been robbed. Lost my money. I ordered clothes for 50+ dollars

I ordered from salecoat. First I got a $3 ring. After contacting the company they said it is free to verify my address. Now he says he surrendered. How fraudulent are you? Same on you. I wish you total bankruptcy and as many bad things as possible.

total fckn scam as everyone says, but how do u know b4 ordering some thing, I,ve ordered many thing thru EBay that came from China with zero problems

Same as everyone else says package was delivered but was not delivered. 2 dogs, door bell, camera nope no delivery

Tracking number disappeared from their site. No package. No info. No contact info.

I ordered from Pentorica and Track654 said that my shipment was delivered on Feb. 23 NOT TRUE, I reached out to Pentorica and they sent it again and Track654 said I received and signed for it NOT TRUE, i was home all day, Pentorica offered 60% refund. NOW I AM CONVINCED BOTH OF THESE COMPANIES ARE A SCAM.......

On two occasions, package supposedly delivered to me that was not the case. Am totally dissatisfied with this company and feel they are absolutely useless!

Twice this year a package was sent through them and twice never delivered. Packages were in some sort of sorting facility for about 3 weeks (did not say where) then magically tracking said it was delivered at 11pm. The problem is that it was 7am. Company offered 60% refund. The seller is Royaura from Facebook. Don’t trust either one. They are working together. It’s a SCAM

Follow up on previous review. Received an email offering 70 percent refund. I explained I would want a full refund as I had paid in full plus paying an insurance fee to cover delivery problems. Then received an email saying it takes up to 8 months for a full refund or back charge as they called it. I don't expect any refund from this fraudulent outfit, just don't follow links on social media. It's about time that social media sites took severe action against this crooks.

This company is a joke. I have been tracking 2 orders from Thorous clothing with this courier tracked them for a month or so. then to read parcels delivered. But on both occasions the parcels have not been delivered to me. So I have paid for something that someone else has received twice. I've only given a 1 star because it wouldnt let me leave a review for no stars

I ordered from Macy in February and like everybody else did not receive my packages. 654 Tracking is a scam they said they delivered the packages but that was a lie. Per e-mail to "Dale" of Macy customer service representative explaining the situation he promised they would reorder and I would get my packages. Still waiting and it has been since February 2023. I doubt I will receive anything. I am so disappointed do not order anything from people that use 654 tracking. I am still waiting.

Claimed to have delivered a package nit to me they didn't. Poor service from this company doesn't do this review any justice
All through delivery which was a chinese com has taken so long to get here through delays at several points along the way I believe it to be a scam company

Said they would resend it but all I got and was nothing.poor sales.they need better delivery service.

Disgusting service again waiting for my second package and it’s says delivered when it’s not I have cameras and a door bell and nothing terrible service seems it’s just a money grabbing scam please don’t use this company get solicitor involved and report them

The worst service I have ever used. No specifics no one returns your emails regarding where your stuff is and it has been 30 days and still have yet to receive my things never again

AFTER ORDERING FROM TARE NO PARCEL ,SAME AS OTHERS SAYING DELIVERED WHEN IT WASNT, THEY OFFERED TO RESEND ,3 TIMES NOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED AND I KNOW IT HASNT ,,SAME EMAILS 3 TIMES WITH OFFERS OF A PERCENTAGE REFUND OF 60% THEN 90% 3 TIMES AND NOW A FREE GIFT ,,,,, YOU COULDNT WRITE COULD YOU ? I AM JUST KEEPING BOMBARDING THEM WITH E MAILS AS IF i STILL BELIEVE THEM ,,I DID CHECK TARE ON GOOGLE AND IT SAID 90% POSITIVE THEN AFTER I ORDERED AND WAS SUSPITIOUS I LOOKED AT SCAMMERS SITE REVIEWS AND IT WAS 1%

Both tracking 654 and the company i have ordered goods from are scams companies . I have writ to the
Chines chamber of commerce in Brussels. Minimal chance to get a kredit but correct to do it .

I placed an order with a company that said Macy's but then it changed to m company. Started this adventure on February 28th and the first package said delivered but I never received it so the company resent my order supposedly and tracking 654 showed that it was delivered and signed for on April 17th 2023 but I never received it. Now the m company is telling me they can only give me a 60% refund.. I have begged them for information on The courier Service that claimed it was signed for. I keep getting ignored and now I'm told my refund will be credited back to my card within 10 days. But I'm sure that that is going to be a lie also
