Very friendly efficient and professional with a great choice of cars

Not sure if my review worked so writing again🤷‍♀️
Purchased a car on finance which I thought was great, one month later the engine light came on so I contact trade center and they said my warranty had ran out. Took to a garage and they quoted £1000+. I also purchased the warranty but no garages would accept the warranty. Come one year later when I finally have the finances to fix the car, the more they get into it the more problems they find, well the bill is currently at £4,500 and that is not including the timing chain which needs doing that is an extra £2,500. I am very angry!! I do not expect to get a car on finance and have to pay £7000 repairs a year later, may aswell bought a car off the road side. I’m now stuck paying for a car I can’t use for the next 3years..

Purchased a vehicle in March 26 that was immediately noted as being defective. We had to argue to get the vehicle taken back to be repaired after first being told that they wouldn't look at it for over a month.

The noted issues were quoted as likely taking under a week. Weeks later and no communication there were numerous other issues, delays and continuous rejections of our request for a refund. After 6 weeks of arguing for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, requests for an impartial mediation through the Motors Ombusman, and having to apply to the court.

We were left with delays and waiting for legal recourse, we were left with protesting outside the store. Turns out if you protest to warn other customers, then they'll discuss your refund.

Aftersales service is atrocious. The Manager Sophie was very helpful in getting the refund sorted though

We spent a few hours picking out a car and found the sales team to be so attentive and nice. I cannot fault them at all. On the drive home the car started to demonstrate clutch failure with the car lurching\surging and a smell of burning when we finished the 3 miles drive. We attended the business to exercise our right to reject the vehical this morning at 10:00am and were told by the after sales team that the car will need to be brought in, inspected, and a report needs to be made and that this could take a few weeks. We were also informed that we could not get a courtesy car because we do not want a repair as we have lost trust in the car and did not spend £10,500 pounds to need a new transmission or clutch. We were also told during this meeting that the cars arent extensively road tested.

This leaves us without a car for the foreseeable. This has caused us tremendous inconvenience and undo stress. I commute for work to Sheffield and this has left me with no way to get to work. My wife is disabled and is having life altering surgery in a month and we now have to seek alternative methods to get to doctor’s appointments.

At the meeting with the aftersales team, though everyone was very nice, we were pressured into “giving them one more chance” and to let repairs go ahead. IF we agreed to the repairs, which would waive our right to reject on this issue, THEN we could have a courtesy car and the process would go faster. We very nearly accepted this offer as it felt like it was our only option. We did end up walking away and sticking with the rejection but the whole experience has left us very upset and without a car to our extreme inconvenience.

Great staff all round, from shop floor to valet staff, everyone made the experience as smooth as possible. Not pushy and took the time to listen to my situation and got me a dream car! Perfect car buying experience.
