The Trade Centre UK - Rochdale Reviews 

Bought a car from the Rochdale branch. Kept breaking down. Trade centre refused the fix the issue. Took it to the ombudsman. Trade centre then tried to lie and say I had not contacted them. Luckily I kept all evidence and shown them to be lying. Took time but the collected the car and returned money. I fortuenalty they have now sold this on. I expect everything that shown on the independent report will have not been fixed and someone else will have to go through the ame process. Absolute joke of a company. Would not recommend my worst enemy to this place. Needs shutting down

Went to the Rochdale branch to look at at first car for our daughter after seeing their advert online. It clearly advertises five cars that are under £5000. We travelled to the site to find the lowest price car was just under £9000.

Brilliant service very helpful

This car started being an issue in April, 2 days after purchase. Now 27 June, 3 more problems, 2 break downs, towed off Mancunian way. We just want to draw a line under the whole sorry story get money back, inc insurance, car tax and £40 Ubers every time to get to Rochdale. Did get a courtesy car eventually in May and did more miles in that than in the actual car, which has been in physical possession 3 weeks since April. Just refund us and we’ll happily go away and purchase elsewhere.

From walking in trades centre Rochdale the staff was very helpful and is around to ask about a car 🚗 talk to about the car 🚗 and got the key to for me to have a look and was not pushy and the sales manager was very helpful to

Came into the trade centre a bit wary looked at a car and was still unsure but the team went above and beyond for me to feel comfortable confident and happy with the car, all members of the team were very helpful and reassuring and i can’t fault them.

Staff are friendly, helpful and very polite.. very open and honest and made the whole experience a pleasure..

Purchased a car on finance which I thought was great, one month later the engine light came on so I contact trade center and they said my warranty had ran out. Took to a garage and they quoted £1000+. I also purchased the warranty but no garages would accept the warranty. Come one year later when I finally have the finances to fix the car, the more they get into it the more problems they find, well the bill is currently at £4,500 and that is not including the timing chain which needs doing that is an extra £2,500. I am very angry!! I do not expect to get a car on finance and have to pay £7000 repairs a year later, may aswell bought a car off the road side. I’m now stuck paying for a car I can’t use for the next 3years..

Purchased a vehicle in March 26 that was immediately noted as being defective. We had to argue to get the vehicle taken back to be repaired after first being told that they wouldn't look at it for over a month.

The noted issues were quoted as likely taking under a week. Weeks later and no communication there were numerous other issues, delays and continuous rejections of our request for a refund. After 6 weeks of arguing for a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, requests for an impartial mediation through the Motors Ombusman, and having to apply to the court.

We were left with delays and waiting for legal recourse, we were left with protesting outside the store. Turns out if you protest to warn other customers, then they'll discuss your refund.

Aftersales service is atrocious. The Manager Sophie was very helpful in getting the refund sorted though

great help with everything the full process and accommodating to personally circumstances. Asad was great
