Renz B made this entire experience great. I was a second away from putting in a total cancellation but he clarified everything that muddy/not clear and put me in the right direction towards understanding the subscriptions and getting my cancellation/refund request submitted.
I finally got my trademark submitted to the government because of him and hoping to get a refund if things work out in the weird subscription.

RUN! SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND THE HEADACHE PLEASE! They will tell you the process is going to cost you $50. They ONLY mention the $350 “class fee” and the $100 “legal fee” in super tiny print at the very bottom of the website page! Not only are they misleading and deceptive from the get go, they also don’t even warn you before they take that $450 out of your account! No email, text, nothing! I would have had absolutely zero issue if they were just honest about the price from the beginning, but they would clearly rather put their effort into being LIARS then sell a quality product/service. They are nothing but THIEVES and SCAMMERS! I am begging you to save yourself and go elsewhere!
