I contacted trade mark wizard after a week of calling different trade make lawyers and being told my case is weak. Then a friend that used Trademark wizard referred them.

The advice I initially received gave me hope on being able to fight for the business name. The consultation was very detailed and the law was broken down in layman terms, with all my options of how to fight back given to me. They helped me deal with something that I was finding overwhelming and saved me a lot of money and the hassle of having to change the business name.
