TERRIBLE!!!!

I asked for a trademark and its taken almost ONE YEAR to get the certificate. I asked for one class NOT to be put forward and they already did! I wanted to trademark internationally now I wont be able to because another owner of a similar trademark has done this. I am absolutely fuming to day the least, DON'T BOTHER!!
