I been using trademark wizards services since 2014
I must say that they are very professional, they helped me to register over 12 different trademarks and help with 2 trademark disputes were we’ve successfully won in both cases.

I had a first-rate experience of working with Trade Mark Wizards to register multiple brand names and logo designs. I had intended to register everything myself in order to save some money, but I'm glad that in the end, I choose to use professionals.

After initial discussions with Oliver and his team, it was clear I would have made quite a few mistakes and left gaps in my registration. Opening the door to someone else being able to register the same names in areas that I should have had covered.

I was kept up to date at all stages of the process and everything was open and transparent as far as pricing and any future costs.

During the registration process of one of my marks, a law firm raised a dispute and said that it was infringing on their client's trademark. As a small business owner, this was quite scary as they were a big firm based in New York and London.

But Oliver and his legal team handled absolutely everything for me. Assuring me that everything would be fine and that this company held no claim to the mark that I was attempting to register.

If I had been doing this process on my own, I would have had to seek outside legal counsel which would have cost me way more than the fees I was paying to TMW for their service. It would also have impacted me heavily in terms of stress and anxiety!
