We were recommended to use Trademark Wizards (TMW) through a friend. What we thought was going to be very simple, turned very complex and TMW handled it like pros. Twiggy Tags was being bullied for our trade mark by a notable figure.

Oliver Oguz and Jamal Abdullah were our client managers in the dispute. Unaware when we first approached TMW, Lord Sugar had recently joined the company. We are very appreciative that Lord Sugar took on the case in the firm’s anti-bullying program as it meant we didn't need to back down.
The adversary ended up surrendering their trade marks since they were unable to defend against the strategy laid out by TMW. Although the process had been dragged out by the opposition, TMW were always on hand to answer questions via phone, zoom or email.

We now, almost 1 and a half years down the line have our trade mark registration.

As a small business the money behind the TM battle was very testing, I am hugely grateful for the support offered by TMW, in order to keep costs down and keep being able to fight against the bullying.
