We wanted to trademark our new LBGT+ brand and are so happy we went with Trade Mark Wizards!

Having never gone through the process before, Oliver spent so much time with us, going through every option available, and the consequences of everything. He was 100% honest and all pricing was entirely transparent which we were really happy with.

When we faced some opposition, Oliver again spent lots of time helping us through, and even helped us draft text in negotiations. Even when we had to pull out of the negotiations, Trade Mark Wizards were so lovely, they gave us a very heavy discount so we could try a second time to register a new mark, which went through with flying colours.

Although there were a few times where we had to chase the team up, we're so pleased with their endless support. If you're looking for lawyers without the faff, who are just real and straight-talking people, we can't recommend Trade Mark Wizards enough.

We are a high tech manufacturing startup making building integrated photovoltaic flexible modules. We needed to ensure our unique product name and brand identity remain intact and not hijacked by inferiors products to ensure hard fought for market penetration was safe and secure.

Contacted Trade Mark Wizards on there contact us page, giving them details for what trade mark we need and also asked them for a call back. Didn't receive a call back so i called them instead. Good chat with one of their team members Oliver. I was advised to forward links that could help them with our enquiry. Was told by him that he will take a look at the links and speak to the team as they have a team meeting and get some feedback.

I never got a call or an email back. I then called again days later and another person answered, he said he will get Oliver to call me back again. NEVER GOT A CALL BACK!

So i've contacted another trademark company and they were much reliable and kept an open communication with me.
