Having found Trade Mark Wizards on an online search I was slightly weary about using them but I read the reviews and chatted to Oliver on the phone. Oliver was very thorough and I was reassured that he would deliver a quality service, and that he did! I am very happy with the service so far!

It was daunting not knowing which trade mark company to use. Then I came across Trade Mark Wizards. Initially I spoke to Oliver Oguz who explained the application procedure to me making it clear and understanding. During the application a Premier League Football Team commenced trade mark tribunal proceedings against my company and tried to bully me into changing the company name. At this point Neil Manani from Trade Mark Wizards discussed a strategy and negotiation tactics. Both Oliver and Neil gave me the confidence to carry on with the Trade Mark application and not to be defeated by a large company using bully boy tactics. It paid off to stand my ground. I certainly could not have achieved the positive outcome I wanted and keep my existing company brand name.
