I initially chose Trade Mark Wizards as I had tried another company that I felt were charging unnecessarily high rates. Once I had contacted TMW they where extremely helpful and explained everything very clearly. Once a decision had been made the application was submitted within a matter of days. The application went through without any problems and the process was completely stress free.

I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to acquire a trademark and would without a doubt use them again.

I found the trademark wizards website very easy to use and informative. This was my first hands on trademark application and the people at trademark wizards are professional and responsive. We first used Trade Mark Wizards at the start of the year to protect a mature brand and found the service ultra simple and very affordable.

We already held trademarks obtained via different companies and we wanted to gain the EU trademark for one which we already held in the UK.

When I was first introduced to Trade Mark Wizards (TMW) I must admit I was withdrawn slightly by the name, thinking it was not much more then a couple of people with some legal experience and of course some in trademarking as that's what it said on the tin.
I found the person from TMW I met to be very friendly, personable and most importantly spoke in a normal language not in legal jargon which most legal people seem to do these days unfortunately. On this basis I decided to enlist TMW to take on the trademarking of one of my brands.

I very quickly realised as they say 'never judge a book by it's cover'. The service and attention to details I received from not only the person I met but other members from the TMW team was exceptional.
