My mom ordered a couch from them. On the web page it was like cappuccino color, when she got the couch it was Eggplant collor. Write to them ask to do something about it. They said it because every screen can show different color...They told to me that if you want you have to pack it move it outside then the courier will take it , and you will pay for the return. And now they are not even replieing

Bad quality to crazy prices don’t buy here!

The service is good. We bought a wardrobe on December 1st, and the expected time was 6-8 weeks. It arrived within 7 weeks. The quality was also good, but could be better (minor scratches inside the doors and assembling parts didn’t fit precisely to support the hanger). But in the end, we could assemble the wardrobe and we are very satisfied with the product. I confess I was a bit worried about buying from them, after reading all the reviews. But, luckily, we decided to buy it anyway since it was such a beautiful wardrobe: it was worth “the risk”

Please update your payment methods, only allowing Nordic bank cards is limiting your sale. Like other international companies you should allow all card types from all over the world.

I bought a table and on the website it says 5 to 10 working days but it was going to take 5 to 10 weeks 🤨 so I am waiting for my refund

I did not miss the details because delivery time is the first time I look at before I order it ,This is not the first time I bought things for your company and hopefully it´s not the lost time because you do have some nice things you just need to make sure you can deliver on the time it say ,If it had said 10 weeks I would have wait 10 weeks but it say 5 to 10 working days ( I can see you change it now ) and things like that bother me :-)

the quality is very good for this price. was a problem with the parts. Kundeservice responded very quickly and replaced the part. happy with the service.

Coz they have sent me Incomplete items
& I have waited for a long time, if they not send me the correct item with compensation I will post about them in everywhere in my social media apps, I have a millions of followers .

Update: delivery went wrong with Bring and after giving information to Trademax, their answer was, Bring will contact me instead of fixing the problem for me. 5 days later I still haven't heard from Bring. You took my money 20 working days ago - I think you can do more than this.
Well you are asking me two days after my order. I haven't received my order yet (which takes 10-15 working days, i'm not impressed, however I could see it before ordering), so it is difficult for me to evaluate Trademax.dk.

2 out of 3 items bought were low quality. Not really what they look in the pics. I will try to return the items. I hope at least the return process will be smooth

The best customer service! We are so in love with our sofa set! Really good balance between price and quality. Actually I would even dare to say quality is above the price!!
