(you could imagine my daughter wait two month for the product and then we got some product without enough material.(for using the bed, it
needs to have some LAMELLER , but it does not mentioned on the website. there is just nice picture without having any details. so we assume by paying 2100 Kr we will got the complete product.
4. bad after sale service:
I called to customer service, after waiting 30 minutes, they accept the problem and the only available option was "I need to buy the LAMELLER " I need to pat for it, but I could have free shipment.
so he promise me to send me the available option to my email, but never I got this email.
Result: NEVER BUY SOMETHING FROM ONLINE WEBSITE LIKE TRADEMAX SOME JUST HAVE BEAUTIFUL PICTURE OF THE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY DETAILS.

Disappointment while shopping. After 3 days from Your order when You are expecting a delivery, they wrote an email that delivery will be done in 2 months 😡

I cancelled the order just 1 hour after online buying and got the confirmation mail about it. I called and informed as well the very next day..Still its been 2 months and we ddnt get returns.

Don’t even order from them. I did place my order in the month of June and I received the product on the month of October that too with missing package of a furniture. They took the money by the month of July and hold the money for more than 3 months and at the product which I ordered was not delivered fully. They are big cheaters. Don’t order from them

Good Price and service. The order was delivered within specified time. And the furniture is of good quality.
The only thing: it's a good idea to see more exact pictures. For example my tv-bord has a transparent glass tabletop, but on the Picture in the shop it looks smoky-grey.

Not sure if there is the option on the website to have the product delivered up to the apartment (I live on the 2nd floor). At lease when I purchesd the product I did not see any option to choose this type of delivery.
