Good price, fast delivery and quality better than I was expecting. I was skeptical if a 1400kr marble table is any good, but I am very pleasantly surprised.

Really bad experience with Trademax.dk
1) the furniture got delivered in pieces/flatpacks into my apartment. For the price I paid for this furniture, I was clearly expecting a mounted furniture to be delivered or the delivery crew to mount it.
2) the mounting instruction guide is full of errors, where drawings do not represent graphically correctly several parts, as a result you have to guess what to use and waste a lot of time. Ikea mounting instructions are much clearer and accurate in comparison.
3) low quality materials for what you pay, furniture made of particleboard.

I will just list the things that was wrong. I understand that mistakes can be made. But this many is really uacceptable!

Wisconsin lounge set 9 persons:

Overall the product looks cheap and not quality. Paid 7500 dkr for it. Ill bet if they used only 200-300 dkr more on the quality, it would look like a million.

1. Delivery....promised 10-15 days. But it toke 6 weeks!

2. Lounge garden set, shown as black but is grey! I got a little compensation for that. After this they wrote a sidenote, that it may look grey in the sun...IT IS GREY IN ALL WHEATHER!

3. two holes found in the polyrattan, and it looks really cheaply made. 2 cushions hade poor stichting. Had them replaced.

4. 3-4 weeks after delivery the cushions are faded by the sun so they look 3-4 years old. Not compensated

Great product, I'm so happy with my Clemens wooden lounge set, it's great quality. The cushions are firmer than I expected, but good.

It did take a lot of assembly (difficult if you're alone!) but that's not surprising.

One thing lost a star- Trademax _please_ make it clearer on your website and when ordering that delivery is TO THE CURB, not your door if you live in an apartment! I had to sort out a drama when they tried to leave 5 gigantic boxes in the small shared entryway with the restaurant downstairs. Luckily I eventually was able to sort it out with the deliveryman, as living alone I would have had no way to get the boxes upstairs! So it was fine in the end, could have done without the additional stress though!

All in all a good transaction and I'm very happy with the product.

Had trouble delivering the furniture to me. The delivery contractor said they had sent a message to me on three different occasions but I never received any, not to my phone and not by email. Delayed a week longer than necessary.

Our order was listed as "in stock" with a delivery time of 10-15 days. The actual delivery time turned out to be more than 6 weeks......not happy.

We ordered some garden furniture and a couple of pieces arrived defected.
Customer Service handled immediately (thanks Katrine S.!) and goods will be replenished.
4 stars, because of the inconvenient or it would have been 5 stars!

I was very disappointed with the product i received from Trademax. I don't think it looks like in the photos in their website.The color is grey while in the photos or description it says black. I raised this dissatisfaction with customer service and I felt they couldn't care less and they were no particularly polite or respectful in their tone while writing to me.
