Ordered a tarpoline from your website. Was told we needed to collect it. When we got there we were told there were none in stock.

Went to a local supplier to buy some Tarps, far too expensive in Guernsey so went on the net, found tradersupplies and saw their prices, wow, so reasonable, went on line and ordered two for my little Van, one to cover my leaves etc and the other for wood, they both arrived very quickly and at far less than I would have paid, Only slight problem was they were both the same size and there was no expalantion for this. I contacted them and they said they'd run out of the smaller one, no big deal, but just a little note to explain may have helped. Hopefully they'll drop me a line when the samller one is in.

I was told to go to Gavin Kenning by a friend and I'm glad I did the staff have the best customer service I have come across in a long time. I couldn't place my order straight so del said she would call me back and done so out of hours to get my order how many companies would do that. Placed order turned up when it was booked for. The stall is the tops very happy with it strong and looks like it would last for a very long time. If you need a market stall made Gavin Kenning is the place to go they are always there to help. Very happy customer I would highly recommend
