Quick, reliable and very professional
I placed my order easily within 15mins using my phone on a lunch break and straight away recieved a confirmation email for the order, confirming next day delivery. I got a txt message the next day to tell me when the order would arrive and the order arrived on time! Very happy with the service!

Excellent easy to use and good service from start to finish.
We bought a pricing gun and ink fill from trader supplies. These arrived sooner than expected. Even with Easter intervening. The quality is outstanding and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend trader supplies and use you again. From a super well set up web site to excellent service and goods. One word superb.

fist oder was good, but second one-disspointing,belts were low quality-coloured all hands
we have ordered some trading belts (black).
first order was great, but second one was disspointing-in 15 min my shirt was black, my hands coloured in black ink
we are working for a beauty product and to have a dark ink under nails during the trade beauty fair-was unforgetable experience

I've had a look at your order record and can't see any notes regarding a refund. Please be aware that you are entitled to a full refund or replacement products should you wish.
