Great communication and speed
I ordered the smallest tarp as a cover for my motorbike. It's a perfect size. I opted for the slowest delivery and it still arrived on the second working day after ordering. Great communication by email on progress too.

Thank you for your feedback, it's much appreciated.
Regarding delivery prices, this is something we are currently working to improve and we hope to introduce reduced prices by the start of April.
Regarding delivery time, some of our market stalls must be manufactured to order hence the extended delivery time (in your case 7 working days from order to delivery). We do try to make the estimated delivery date as clear as possible both on the product page and during the checkout process prior to confirming the order. We also confirm the delivery date in the order confirmation email customers receive.
I have checked the estimated delivery date you were given of Thursday March 7th and it appears that the delivery was made on this date at 12:26pm.
I'm really sorry if you feel you were mislead over this date. If you have any comments or suggestions regarding how we could improve this feature in future please do let me know. We're very keen to hear from our customers and respond to what they're asking for.
