I tried to re order the same item from the website , but when I put in the code it wasn't recognised , it would be a nice feature on the website to just click a re order tab , having said that, after e mailing them, I was given the info needed and delivery was within 48 hrs

No delivery arrived, but one phone call and it was 'sorted'
I was able to track the parcel, as it hadn't arrived after a week, but after one phone call the goods were resent immediately. I have since ordered carrier bags, they arrived fine, including an email from Royal Mail on delivery day to say the package would be arriving, thus we were able to arrange for someone to take it in, excellent service from Trader Supplies, but, more surprisingly, equally good from Royal Mail!.

Still awaiting delivery of product some 8 days after placing order!
They acknowledged fault by deducting the delivery charge. However, we are a new business opening our doors in a few weeks, our pricing gun stickers are critical at this stage!

Great variety of choice at reasonable prices
I came across TraderSupplies looking for ways of improving our table at fairs. They had a useful pricing gun, accessories for hanging products and a range of striped plastic bags. These are omitted from the delivery but were sent the very next day with aplogies from the staff when I phone. When the bags arrived they were a diufferent size - bigger - than the ones outlined on the website. I really wanted the smaller size but felt defeated at the prospect of complaining again and running out of time I left it.
