We had an amazing honeymoon thanks to Trailfinders! Peter put together the most amazing trip for us and we loved every minute. They checked in with us the week before and also the week after the trip which was really lovely. They were really easy to get hold of whilst we were away when there was an issue at one of our hotels. This is the second time we’ve booked through Trailfinders and we will definitely use them again, thanks again Peter :)

I don’t often write reviews, but I felt this experience deserved one. The service I received from Trailfinders in Glasgow was exceptional from start to finish. The team’s expert knowledge and professionalism gave me complete confidence, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and offer advice tailored to my trip. Nothing felt rushed, and the whole process was straightforward and enjoyable.

A special mention to Andrew and Felicity for their outstanding service, expert knowledge and friendly approach. They are a real credit to the team.

Leah went above and beyond to arrange the holiday we wanted within the budget we had. She listened and gave first hand experience and advice. She adjusted the trip multiple times due to changes we wanted till we were happy with it. Thank you and cant wait for our trip!

Laura was very knowledgeable about the cruise, airport transfers and baggage weight and was able to answer all my questions and queries.

Excellent customer service. We saw someone who knew the area we were travelling to, so he listened to our initial ideas, provided good advice and discussed different options with us as we planned a relatively complex itinerary. He was also really clear on how the whole booking process worked. Highly recommend, and will definitely use Trailfinders again.

We urgently needed a flight to Thailand to reach our very ill daughter whilst on a back packing holiday. Not only did he arrange our flight, but a transfer and overnight accomadation. He showed empathy and care throughout.

Our friend recommended Trailfinders so we gave them a call. Darren Hassall answered our call and somehow we knew we were in good hands. Darren guided us through booking a trip of a lifetime to Canada and Alaska. He was extremely knowledgeable and passionate. Darren recommended an itinerary which he emailed to us for review.
When we checked the itinerary we just had to book. Our trip was breathtaking. Each day somehow surpassed the last. Every little detail was covered. Trailfinders App, reminder email and texts were invaluable. Darren even called us the week before our trip to see if we had any questions and go through the itinerary again.

Theresa arranged a fantastic trip to South Africa and Zanzibar for us December 2025. Through no fault of Trailfinders, our flights had to be rearranged. Theresa worked very hard to find us a suitable alternative that met our wishes and maintained the essence of the trip. After many phone calls and much searching by her, we are back on track.
